This used to be the best giant eagle, I don't know who is doing their ordering now but they stopped getting a lot of organic foods. They can't say it's because of availability because it's not.

This was the $30 Christmas tree “cake” we received for my sons Christmas party at school. I’m assuming it tasted fine, however, the class could’ve decorated a better cake themselves.

Purchased roses for my girlfriend tonight while she went in to pick-up some dessert. I checked out at the customer service booth and went to leave, but was promptly stopped at the door by a woman with a bad attitude and two cart return workers who accused me of theft and demanded to see proof of purchase. The woman had literally walked past me while I was checking out. I hope you three felt more embarrassed than I was over the scene you created. Had I been a "Karen," I might have complained to your manager about it.

I went this week on Tuesday to the dry cleaning services for the first time to have my uniforms all nice & prepped before I go to A school. When I brought my uniforms, I didn't know what to do- how much starch to use, military creases, etc. one of the people helping me says "Usually when people come here, they know what they want." Well, I know I didn't ask for an attitude when I'm trying to get something important done. On Thursday, I picked up my dry cleaning (speedy pickup for dry cleaning, interesting). Pickup was good. But when I went back to work to check the dry cleaning, there were a couple issues- 1.) All the clothes are pretty much wrinkled 2.) A few strings of fabric are poking out of a few of the clothes 3.) The collars on all of my blue ODU blouses were buttoned at the top causing it to crease and look bad so now I have to iron the collar down so it actually looks good. Also these blouses had military crease attached to them which I never asked for. 4.) One of the things that kinda pissed me off were the ODU trousers creased right down the middle of each pant leg which I never asked for. 5.) my short sleeve light blue shirts no longer have military creases in them which I need. 6.) one of the shirts has this black residue on it- seriously??? Another recent visit to this place I got a couple of things and this cashier was in the worst mood or something and was in my way when I was try to leave with my things while she was putting new grocery bags in place. Apparently we're supposed to bags our own items which I ended up doing but the other cashier right next to me was bagging items so is the cashier supposed to bag my items or do I? It's a little bit confusing. Great job giant eagle, I'm going to consider a different, more high quality dry cleaning service next time. I don't recommend dry cleaning here to anybody so avoid it!!! The only thing that looks decent was my bravo jacket and the dry cleaned pants which has a slight indent/imperfection at the bottom of the pants. Side note: I don't know if I mentioned this, and I don't know if I'm supposed to ask to get this done but my uniforms (my dark blue uniforms) were not pressed.

I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies

Cashier was very rude. She berated me for how I unloaded my items onto the conveyor belt, when it was already pretty organized. Then she had the audacity to ask ME to bag.

This location always seems well kept. Their staff has always been kind if I asked a question, and lines aren't usually long.

We purchased a cassata cake yesterday and when I opened the box, the top half was sliding off the bottom. These cakes are notoriously difficult so that is why this didn't receive 0 stars. It's semi-forgiveable. Then, I noticed the frosting wasn't whipped cream frosting, which is the only real way to make a legit cassata, and the purchaser said that when she ordered, the baker person indicating that this is how they are traditionally made, which is incorrect. We ate the cake and though the taste was good, because all cake taste good, this was not a good cassata cake. There was barely any custard with the strawberries, the whipped cream was not good as it was buttercream, and the cake was falling apart. Only positive is that the cake itself was moist and had a good taste. I'd rather travel to CLE than order a cake from here again.

Nice and clean. Staff can improve with more training and giving better customer service . Other than that a good shopping experience. I would recommend.

I never went here. I just walked through to get to the groceries at Giant Eagle. I'm gluten free. They don't have any gluten free bakery goods there. If they did, I might buy something.

I actually got kicked out of the express lane because I was 3 items over. All other check outs were full and express was empty however she felt the need to tell me to wait in line because I was “way” over 12 items at 15. I understand that y’all have jobs to do, but seriously folks.....if y’all have lines formed, please allow a basket of 15 at the 12
