In line for drive up prescription pick up at 1:30. Drove to window, no one behind me. Guy proceeds to tell me they are closing from 1:30-2:30. I asked if he could do one more. He said no we can’t and proceeded to close some window covering. Not exactly what I’d call good customer service. After this prescription pick up I will be changing pharmacies.

Always have to keep making trips cuz prescriptions aren’t in. Make 2-3 trips a week.

Terrible experiences here , never have the meds we need or the doctor prescribed ... They use an automated system for text messages. They tell you your prescription is ready. You show up to pick it up and they don't even have it. Unreal unprofessional

Lost hand written prescription for a very important prescription, and I couldn’t reach my doctor for 5 days because it happened a day before a 5 day holiday weekend. For days I couldn’t function properly and I didn’t even get an apology it’s like they thought I was lying, even when my doctor resent the prescription

There may be a wait in the drive-thru line sometimes .. but seems it’s because they’re busy providing great service to each customer when its their turn. It’s a busy location but they always have time to focus on “you” when it’s your turn. Any wait time has ended up being worth it because they’re thorough & it seems like they genuinely care about helping people. Thanks G.E. Pharmacy team

The staff is rude. Although every one is standing around no one acknowledges patients waiting at the counter. I used this pharmacy years ago and left because of poor service. I am still!!! not satisfied. They never even bothered to post a credit of $15 to my account. I contacted corporate services and they said take it up with the local pharmacy location! How's that for any level of customer service!!!

This was the $30 Christmas tree “cake” we received for my sons Christmas party at school. I’m assuming it tasted fine, however, the class could’ve decorated a better cake themselves.

Absolutely no stock inventory for common ailments like blood pressure medicine. Don't waste your time here with this 2nd rate pharmacy. I am switching to Walgreens.
