They allow dogs in the store. I don't want to purchase food a dog has licked on and with dog hair on it. Its unhygienic and some people have allergies. Also the shelves and floor are always dirty. Needs to be cleaned regular.

Not impressed at all with the lady covering the self checkout lane. This was our first time in giant eagle and did not know you needed a membership card. So after waiting in the long line to checkout, we had to go to the cashier line which was also long. Found out that the first lady could have helped us out.

Ashton was my cashier and I come here ALOT… and he literally made my day. He’s one of the best cashiers I’ve ever had…. He waited for me to go back and exchange an item and also was very informative about where certain products were located… please give him a raise because he is very polite and understanding employee!!!! Thank you so much for being so awesome Ashton !!!!

I’m always racially profiled even though I’m a regular Customer I’m brown skinned so I’m used to it but gosh you would think you see me everyday I’m a nice respectful human being but welp it does not matter to them thanks giant eagle for being the most dreadful part of my day it used to be so nice to get away from my home job and walk here for fresh air and a few home items but I will be going to meijer

I only get to shop here when I'm in Ohio visiting family. But I love Giant Eagle. They have a great bakery. I like looking for stuff that I can't get in CT. Or brings back childhood memories

They have a STATE STORE at this location 😆 This Giant Eagle has nicer staff than the old Plaza Drive Mentor location. Still higher prices than Walmart but usually has what you want when you need it. Usually clean 🚻 public restrooms in the front and back of the store. Perks good for discount ⛽ gasoline or cents off your groceries! Excellent desserts! Yum!

Good produce selection, plentiful wine selections, liquor store inside, some type of meat or meats on sale weekly, fish fresh and frozen, digital appband coupons.

The selection of fresh and dry foods is adequate. I did see some grain products with expired expiration dates. The prices seem high for the value.

I have to say that, it really pisses me off that I go in there to use your scan and go because I'm in a hurry get my food go to the register to scan out and I still get audited, if you guys can't trust your customers then you need to get more cashiers.
