About Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio
Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio has served the Northeast Ohio community for over 100 years through its network of 23 stores. The organization supports many community services and outreach programs, including employment initiatives for people with disabilities, family strengthening services, and rape crisis programs, all funded by donations and store sales. The stores are well organized and clean, with end caps arranged by colors and aisles sorted by item types such as holiday items, toys, and electronics. Notably, electronics sections include outlets for testing items before purchase. Customers often praise the friendly and helpful staff, and the store's layout is appreciated for its organization, with color-coded shelves for jewelry and other items. The store offers a large selection of items, and a points program allows shoppers to earn free merchandise. While prices are considered high by some, this is typical for Goodwill stores, which aim to support their community programs rather than compete with big box stores on low prices. Donations are welcomed at a convenient collection center that provides helpful service, a carport for easy drop-off, and the option for staff to unload donations. Many customers value that proceeds from sales help fund programs that provide skills and support for those struggling in the community. Overall, the store is appreciated for its cleanliness, organization, and the positive impact it has on the community.
This is a great location. Very clean and well organized. The prices are average for this day and age. I got a pile of wonderful gems for reselling. Housewares were all set in sections by color. Friendly staff, swift check out. Will return!

The end caps are organized by colors and the aisles are organized by alike items such as holiday, toys, and electronics. There is even an electrical strip with outlets by the electronics so you can test your item before buying. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

It’s so funny how these goodwill locations all put out race related objects at multiple locations relating to Juneteenth very unprofessional to price and shelve a cotton tree to be put out on 6/19 ….the Cleveland location did worse
