“worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled”

“I've been with Makee insurance for almost 30 years and they have always treated me well. They just saved me a bunch of money on my insurance. Progressive insurance raised my insurance an excessive amount so I called Makee insurance and spoke with Mike Makee and asked him to look around for me and he did and he found me the same coverage with a different company for considerably less amount of money.
