Today i came to wash and one of the small machines got stuck and it wouldnt stop spinning and the water was just running and the attendent pulled plug and stopped it but the door was locked my clothes were in that washer until 300oclock. They finally got them and dried them for me that was an ordeal for me i live in Middlefield and i was just in town taking care of some errands thought i would jut do my laundry while i was down there how ever it turned to an all day affair. The lady was so nice and very helpful. I really like that laundrymat and ill still goback when im down in that area.

Overpriced, dirty, and poorly maintained. Many washers/dryers were out of order. The ones that worked were filthy inside with lint, dirt, and debris, like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Washers are tiny, $3.00 for a very small load, so I ended up paying $6 for what should have been one. Won’t be returning.

Went in there to do my laundry and a rude employee by the name of Janice was unhelpful and even cussed me out will not be back and will tell all my friends!!! 😡😡

Went there Sunday Evening, My First Time There To Wash 2 Bed Pillows.
The employee there, immediately jumped at me saying the last load had to be in at 7:30. I asked her what time it was, and she said 7:35.
Told her I was just Washing Not Drying My Pillows.
Used the largest big washer near the front windows.
Asked how much it was to wash in this washer, she told me.
Got change out of the change machine.
After I got my pillows in and I sat and waited for them to wash.
Noticed the place closed at 9:00 pm.
She had gone out and started her car. And before 8:15 she was starting to turn out the lights. Thought to myself, really lady...
I had to wait for the machine to stop to get my pillows out.
Could hardly get the handle open, needs oil maybe.
Quickly put my pillows in my plastic bag and left before I was totally in the dark.
Not sure If I Would Ever Go back There...

Convient and easy to use. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the one employee who will stare you down. Not friendly at all.

It was my first time here and the Reviews had me nervous of a disgruntled employee but when I went in she was super nice and helpful to me. Machines are WAY cheaper than the one i usually go to, and do just as good a job! No complaints here other than it being small. Will definitely be back.

Don't go Sunday night the colered woman will chase you out with her over sized witch like teeth.(O MY!).and a machete!!!!... she hates her life,her job. WARNING Don't go 2 hours before closing!!!! P.S she's got a look that will burn a hole ↪ through you!!!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN. I do have to Say the other woman, the worst there is phenomenal. the best.

This older laundromat shows a little wear from age. The attendant is a real ? gem and really helpful! Singles $2.50 Doubles $3.50 Triple $4.50 Giant $5.50. 27 Washers, 5 Washers out of Service. 15 Dryers 0 Dryer out of service but you get 7 minutes for each quarter on the dryers. There is a dry cleaner in back as well. I would use this location again. I see why they have a 4 star rating.?

Machines are older, the big ones leak or are loud. The white lady is nice, the black lady is very rude and gives me dirty looks, I won't be back because of her. I'm not sure what her problem is but that's losing business for the company.
