Avoid using this Minute Clinic. Absolute worst service provider. Extremely unprofessional and RUDE . I believe the care providers name was Margaret. My daughter was there for a spots physical. The woman was so dramatic, acted like providing this simple service so daunting and complex and inconvenient to her. Worst service provided.

I have been there several times this year for me ear infections, uti and my 14 year old granddaughter had a school physical and a couple of ear infections they were great all the girls. Of course I was always on time/ early!! I have been several times this year

Made appointment for a dot physical showed up30 minutes early and when it was time for my appointment she came out and told me they couldnt do my physical because she is behind while she is taking walk ins that came in after me and I had an appointment and showed up on time

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE/BRING IN FORMS AND BE AWARE THAT ALL PHYSICALS ARE SELF PAY. EVEN THOUGH INSURANCE WOULD PAY FOR THEM ELSE WHERE. SO JUST BE AWARE BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE AND YOUR WASTE TIME.

Horrible. Had a covid test scheduled for weeks that was needed within 48 hrs of a flight. Got an email 2 hours before the appointment/test saying they canceled it. No reasoning, just decided to cancel them and not tell us sooner or why. Tried called and sat on hold...and on hold...and on hold. Thanks. Not cool.

I signed in and waited 2 hours to be seen. This is totally unacceptable for any MINUTE clinic to keep individuals waiting this long especially when you are in some form of discomfort. The system is terrible and if they ever see me I will never come back here!

Went in for a service posted on their website. Wasn't able to help me due to not doing that service anymore. After waiting an hour to finally see the nurse. She told me how I should get my life together and blase blah.

If I could give 0 stars, I would ! 3 trips to the clinic resulted in NEVER BEING SEEN. Trip 1: Told that all visits must be scheduled online, and sent home. Trip 2: Scheduled appointment online (the same day), drove back to the clinic, and was NEVER contacted or approached to be seen....the clinic closed (after waiting an hour), drove back home again. Trip 3: The next morning, scheduled another online appointment (1st one of the day at 9:00AM). At 9:15, had to knock on the door, and was greeted by a nurse practitioner that told me to wait outside, and that she would call. NO CALL RECIEVED. WOW ! Then, after being met outside in the parking lot, was told that I could not be seen because I thought I may have had Bronchitis...and I need to see my primary care physician. WISH THIS TID-BIT OF INFO WAS ON THE WEBSITE WHEN I SCHEDULED. NEVER GOING BACK !!!!!!!

I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes. The doctors have always been super nice and quick and efficient with us!

Went yesterday for flu shot required by my work, was in in less than 5 minutes and the lady in the clinic was super nice, gave the perfect painless shot, and was very knowledgable. I will be going back there in the future!
