The work that the crew did replicating a sign I had that was damaged in a vehicle accident was incredible. The sign looks great and is getting plenty of compliments. The correspondence with the office and sale personnel could not have been better either. A Plus company that I will highly recommend.

Ruff Neon signs put up new canopies and an illuminating sign at my child care center and they are by far one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with. Additionally the quality of their material is top tier and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend ruff neon signs.

Ruff Neon rocks! Their team helped us design interior and exterior signage at 2400 E Superior in Cleveland and we are extremely pleased with their work. They were able to use the existing exterior sign box and provided new customized backlit signage that looks great and was cost effective.Inside, Ruff Neon has newly purchased equipment that did a large 12 X 20' wall print that they installed and it looks great.I will be referring Ruff Neon to our clients and friends. As a Project Manager - when you have an emergency at a site (states away), it's imperative to have responsive installers. Ruff Neon was that for me just yesterday! They answered my call, took all of my information, I got an immediate call back, a follow-up call from another person (who was just ensuring I was contacted), they requested any photos to provide their tech so that they could be fully prepared when arriving onsite, dispatched immediately, tech called from onsite with assessment, was still gettiing communication from the office, tech called upon completion, photos and sign off were sent within hours...the entire situation was handled professionally, efficiently and with the greatest of customer service. I'm so thankful to have had Ruff Neon "in my corner" yesterday. From the person who answered the phone, to Jessica who gathered all information and dispatched, to Tom who made sure I was taken care of, to James who completed the work - that team is a well-oiled machine with a customer service focus - what more could you ask for and/or NEED in an emergent situation??

Lucky for us we found a diamond in the RUFF! A little bit more than 2 years ago, our business sign was designed and created in a timely and professional manner. Fast forward to now, we are expanding into a larger space and Ruff Neon is ready with us to move as fast as we are ready! We will be using them for our next venture too. I recommend Ruff Neon 100%. They came on site to survey what type of sign we needed and were frequently in touch via email about the project. Absolutely blown away by the customer service, production and design of the sign, and overall everything throughout the entire process! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! From the moment we started talking about the sign, they managed everything with ease. Predicting my questions in advance and giving thoughtful and patient guidance, working with the city and landlord for permits and approval (I did nothing here... and loved it!), to just simply updating design concepts as requested; it was definitely a job I enjoyed going through and am in love with the results!Highly, highly recommend this company! And as someone who found out about them by referral to start with, that is exactly what I intend to do for someone else. So if you are looking for a professional company to do sign work, graphics, etc. this is the one!

What can I say, everyone at Ruff Neon went above an beyond. I had some very short timeframes to work in, needed 6 different signs in 6 weeks and they knocked it out of the park! Tom, his family and crew were amazing to work with. Unfortunately my timeframe is too short and I have to work with sign companies all over the country but I wish I could use them everywhere I go!! And Jessica, thank you for putting up with all my calls and last minute decisions/changes ? truly miss y’all!
