Aweful customer service.
Walked across here from the hotel at 11 PM on a Saturday late night to grab some snacks…… when we went to pay using a debit card the card reader was not working, we tried numerous times, he suggested putting one of his business cards behind the card to try to “help.” The card magnet to read that did not work. We did not have the “tap to pay” magnet Armed forces bank doesn’t offer that service. So we used the ATM inside of the store to get cash out….. with great frustration on both ends, we get back in line to see the lady in front of us is also having trouble using the insert on the machine to pay, she attempted and was unsuccessful. At this point I realized this guys card reader machine is unreliable.
She was able to pay for her items using the “tap to pay.” I kindly smiled and told the guy “you’ve gotta get your card reader fixed, that is the problem not my card.” He rudely shouted back and said “I don’t need your comments.” I said well I’m entitled to speak up about a concern I have. He shouted and “you can leave my store.” And pointed to the door I kindly said “absolutely, I don’t want to give my business to you, and your non working point of sale machine. He shouted “I’m going to call the cops.”
To me that was hilarious, because you’d rather shout at me in an unwavering manner and then shout you’d call the cops. I politely left the store without arguing because it’s unworthy of the incapacitating customer service that he had to offer…
Aweful that he didn’t even acknowledge he had trouble with his POS but was angry that I made an honest statement about it not working.

Been a loyal customer to this business as it is very close to my house. Even though a Sheets just moved in across the street I have stayed loyal to this store for much of my gas, car washing, and beverage needs. Tried to get a car wash with a credit card. Machine said it was approved and told me to pull in but the door was not opening. I went inside to ask for help. Female clerk told me that my credit card must not have gone through. Went outside to grab my phone to call Chase to see if it had registered as a purchase. It had actually time-stamped the purchase. Male clerk would not listen to the timestamp and said I would need to bring him my statement and he would give me my $12.00 back. So much for loyalty. Goodbye Shell. Hello Sheets and new car wash that's almost done being built around the corner! Poor Shell will not last.

Something is wrong with this carwash, no high pressure. Runs through the cycles, does NOT wash your car. Visiting from out of state or would have pursued a refund, will reach out to notify. I NEVER leave negative reviews but this was an absolute waste of money. And I still needed to wash my car. Traveling out of state and needed better visibility. Touchless down the street did better for less.

Gas pump leaked at the connectors. Clerk tried to gaslight me over 96 cents worth of fuel (I shut it off really quickly) he tried saying it was water and when I pointed out the rainbow hue he declared that it must be diesel. Glad I wasn't on my motorcycle. Rude staff and shoddy equipment. Will be filing a charge back for the 96 cents not because I need the money but to send the owner a very clear message.

Well u r charging $12.60 for a pack of Marlboro and ripping people off. I'm putting it all over the internet & contacting authorities..I was told by one of ur own that u discuss doing this so u can't say u don't know. As ur own people confirm it.

A gas station that is owned by someone so cheap and greedy...that they close their bathroom to the public...how pathetic...hope I never get that broke that I become so desperate to take such measures.

Stopped by here today for a rest stop and to buy some energy drinks on a road trip, only to be met by a gas attendant who barely spoke any English and who grabbed my card out of my hand to tap it himself after I tried and failed once -- just once -- to use the chip given there was no obvious tap prompt. Uh, excuse me? You don't grab a customer's money out of their hands and do anything with it unless they ask you for the help, you caveman. Had it not been for that, I would not have even bought the drinks for how bleeding rude that is -- though it is disgusting enough that I will be hassling any Shell customer care line directly over the issue for a refund. This place would never get my business again, in any event.

Well, this is a gas station. Not too much excitement here other than sometimes I stop here to get my gas and this helps keep me going. No pings in my engine. There is an air pump here if you need it. Lottery tickets are available as well. The staff is pleasant. Hand sanitizer is available. The lines are not normally that long and I can get in and out quickly. Again.... not so much to say here but Shell is worth a stop.
