Supervisor over their needs to be fired. Charged me to pick up a piece of mail that their mail carrier took out of my mailbox and brought to their post office that Ups had just delivered into my mailbox a few minutes earlier. You just can't make this stuff up folks. I would give no stars if it would let me.

I’m 16 and the lady that attended me was the sweetest i have trouble communicating with people but she made it comforting and made everything simple to understand and had my package already getting delivered in less than 2 hours thank you <33

I took a large order of postcards to be mailed out on the EDDM program, and the counter people were great. Ron greeted me and even offered to get me a cart to bring things inside to be sent out. Was a very pleasant experience, and good piece of mind to know there is good help at the front. Thank You Ron!

This review is about their hiring methodology. I was appointed to a position at this location from the Cleveland headquarters. With this being a professional government affiliated organization, I was SHOCKED to have not had a single call or email from the Postmaster or a Hiring Manager, to discuss hours or training. When I went downtown to the local headquarters to begin training for the job they told me I should have heard from the Postmaster. People in management of a place that's government affiliated should hold themselves to a higher degree of professionalism and accountability, especially since I see these reviews about mail going undelivered for weeks on end???!

The staff are pleasant enough but it's outrageous to schedule passports during the lunch hour when there is only one person at the front to do it all. Every time I come in, the line is 5 deep with someone working on a time- consuming passport.
