“I recently bought the Terp Tap by Stache, as I was looking for something to vaporize dry herb. I had been recommended the Terp Tap as the product claimed it could do dry herbs and it had an interesting gimmick. But after attempting to use the device and ultimately burning the flower even on the lowest setting, I went digging on the company's website to find out that it does not function well with dry herbs even though there was no mention of this on the box or the instructions. At that point the device stunk of smoke even after cleaning.

Luckily the shop owner allowed me to return it as soon as she was available, gave me a good recommendation on a vaporizer pen, and then compensated me for the difference in price. She did this despite the smell and even after I told her I had damaged one of the atomizers on the Terp Tap while cleaning.

It's well known that most smoke shops generally do not offer refunds especially on used products, so this was really appreciated. Both the owner and the employee who sold me the first device gave great service and there is no blame to the employee as the product itself was quite misleading.

“I went to the vapor house yesterday. It was only my second time and I was really happy to see Jay! She helped me the first time, but I was in a hurry. This time I had more time and quite a few questions! Jay is not only a very good person, she knows her stuff! She is able to multi task too. While I was there asking questions and she would not only show it to me, she would ask if I had questions, then she explained. She never makes you feel like it was a stupid question.
