So I like that it’s touch less but if I’m gonna pay 14$ I guess I’m going to have to go some where else. Would you pay 14$ for this to still be on your car? Me either. Only reason it’s a two star. They just put in free vacuums.

When you want soap, no soap.When you want rainex, no rainexThe company has an email address for complaints.so I sent one and the owner acted like he was insulted.This was in an email people ?Stay away from this poorly maintained relic.BTW I was a paying customer right? Thanks

Went today did the $14 wash my car is still really dirty and it does not dry it at all also took my money for the window wipes. Don't waste your time or money.

Poor water pressure. Dial didn't line up correctly so even though it said wash it was actually on rinse. Needs maintenance.

Not worth the money paid. Sheetz has a better wash for the same money. Plus wash doesn't get all of the soap off of vehicle.

For a cheap and quick clean it does the job, of course the auto bays are brushless so they are never going to always do a 100% job but of course “you get what you pay for” and even then, as it’s open 24/7 not all the time will someone be there to fix a stuck quarter or clean a bay right after a mud caked truck comes through. It’s kept up well and if I’m bored coming home from work at 1am being able to stop by is always nice to be able to do some extra detailing and needed cleaning to my vehicle. I recommend this place unless you are looking for absolute perfection then, have fun finding one :)

This particular location I would recommend avoiding, and possibly the one in Painesville. They're both very dated and I was just at the one in Mentor on the lake yesterday and put a $20 bill in the machine and got $2 back. Definitely need some updating and I'd recommend the one in Mentor on Mentor avenue any day of the week that one there is the best place in lake county by far...Again definitely not mentally or Painesville!
