I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. A couple years ago I stopped in here after calling and confirming something. I went there and got what I was looking for. Now, about a month ago I stopped to get the same thing and the teller was about to go get it but I guess needed a ”2nd" to go with her into the vault... That's when the irritation started. The "2nd" asked if I had an account with them. I used to but I said no. She was all "well you have to have an account" to do what I had done before (didn't have the account then either) and so I jumped right to it and said to give me a savings account (I've got over 12 or 13 accounts already, as if I wanted another) but the initial teller starts opening my account. Then they ask me about a 360 checking acct with Capital One. It's in the negative and apparently if I want to open a savings here, I have to bring them proof that the Capital One acct has been paid. First off, I didn't want the acct to begin with. I was just trying to exchange some money. An exchange that when I did it the first time it was for $1000. Now I gotta have an acct just to exchange for $2 bills that they have a healthy amt of? This country is so fn greedy! Especially the brick and mortar banks!

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They are really concerned with what you need and they make you feel like a friend rather than another customer. I recommend ppl come here all the time. Keep up the great work FNB!

I love the local bank versus big banks. More personal, caring, friendly, compassionate and always makes a person feel welcome and comfortable. Very knowledgeable and helpful whether it is opening a checking account to financing a home.

1st National Bank, Trenton Ave. has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in the banking business. Very nice people. When I take my granddaughter in to cash in her coins, we don't get sighs or dirty looks, they are happy to help. She has her own account and really likes going there, coins and all. Thanks!

Fraudulent charge on my account and the only thing they said they can do is make me drive 8.5 hours each way from north carolina to bluffton to fill out the paperwork.... I would not recommend this bank to anyone we have had nothing but problems with them thru the process of selling our home . Victoria is not much help with questions nor explaining things. We had to call multiple times to even reach her or we had to ask other people in the bank to answer questions.
