Took a long time and didn't fix the issue 300$.. was quoted 120 for the fix when I got it back nothing was corrected just added new parts so I just fixed it myself if I would have given it back i probably wouldn't have gotten it back till 2023...Terrible communication skills just not my kind of place will not return.EDIT*: GARY did call and tried to make it right I did already correct what i thought the issue was so that I could mow my grass but in speaking to him he did admit some mistakes were made which is enough for me to change this from a 2 star to a 4 star and that he would stand by his work. I could return in the future if I was in need of any additional services.thanks,Mike

My mower has been in his shop for almost 6 weeks. I understand that by not having purchased from him, I need to wait my turn. The claim is made they're swamped but 5 plus weeks seems excessive!
