Cashier rang up Items AND I paid. She forgot to take the 20% off. Manager came and Voided the order. Rang up all items again and total was about $10 more. Did it again and was $20 more. The cashier and manager didn't understand. But the manager had a huge attitude. So I left without any of the items. No wonder the store is closing. Watch your receipts.

The reason why I left a 3 star review is because of the fact that this store is closing. I went in to use the bathrooms however the bathrooms were closed so I took a look around to see what was left. There really wasn't much and the pantry/food section was mostly empty and the shelves were bare. I never saw such a sad sight in my life for what was once a great store to shop at. I will be continuing to pray for the workers here- that they will be able to find employment elsewhere. Its sad that this place is closing after such a great run.

My experience is always good at this Big Lots . They are all Friendly and have good vibes there is a guy who work there idk if he'd like me to say his name however he is wonderful always nice to see him working . J with the beard . I REALLY like the discounts and layaway very clean smells clean . Cute cute stuff .

The store needs work on organization. It was items everywhere. There were charts filled with items in the isles waiting to be put back on the shelves etc. I couldn’t find any king pillow cases but they had king pillows.

Prices are always good when I am looking for a deal and to stock up...by being a reward member you can leverage many additional discounts a few times a year ...from 20 % off entire purchase to additional 15.00 off when you spend 75.00...and then leverage reward programs at your bank for additional discounts...WOW that's awesome to be able to stack discounts
