The employees at the store are very nice and helpful. We went in to get an iPhone screen fixed and it came out less than 20 minutes later looking like a brand new phone! I’ve gone multiple times now and will definitely be returning should I need something repaired.

pretty nice and straight forward. they were willing to work with me about trading in my current iphone and applying it to my lease balance! i’ll update with any issues but so far so good. i worked with 2 gentlemen (one was named Amir) and they were very easy going.

I called all around trying to find a great price on getting my screen repaired. Each place I called was very high until I discovered buy cell Cleveland. I believe the guy that fixed my phone was named Mike. He was very professional and fixed my phone in less than an hour. It's amazing what all goes into replacing a screen. The phone looks like brand new and operates great. Thanks for all your great help and a great price!**Update: I ended up with a screen replacement that has a bad antenna for my wireless charging and tap to pay. I called Mike back and he said No Problem! I will order another one and replace for free! ?. Great service! I will keep you posted on how it goes!!Turns out the antenna was not connected properly inside. A quick fix and the phone is good as new!!

I have been down on my luck and needed cash. I found this business offering a great amount of cash for my MacBook I haven’t used for awhile. Everyone was awesome and helpful, was in and out with my offer within 10-15 minutes. Great guys to help and awesome place to go to if you need repairs or are selling equipment. Will definitely be going here again!

Amir was extremely helpful. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. He said it would take 15 minutes to repair while I wait. He was true to his word. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was also offered a complimentary beverage. My once broken screen looks as good as new!

These guys were awesome! They even had everything done before they said they would! I got a phone call And I was able to pick it up real quick. These guys were so nice! They've got our business! He had a PS5 fixed. They got it all cleaned up and ready to go and everything! Highly recommended here!!

I walked in and was greeted with respect. Was then asked what brought me and I said I had seen an Apple Watch on their Facebook Marketplace listing and came back with a perfect item and price. I was in and out in moments and I’m as happy as possibly can be. Great service and highly recommend.

I’ve shattered countless iPhones over the years and gotten them fixed in various places and this was by far the best phone repair place out of all of them. Amir fixed my screen in record time and was super nice, and he fixed the glitchy spot from the last place that fixed it. I’ll be bringing all future broken phones here for sure!

As usual Amir takes care of another IPhone for me. I have been coming to Amir for over a year now with IPhones and IPads to be fixed and he has made sure to give great customer service and taken care of all issues with in a timely matter. My last stop in I was in and out within 5-7 mins, you can’t beat that kind of service.
