I was very disappointed. I was scheduled to get my hair done as an up-do (not cheap) but picked this place since it was close to my home and I was on a timeline.
The person was late. As I explained that I'm on a strict timeline, it was casually explained that the person scheduled is just not there. After that, I said I cannot stick around too long because of being on this timeline and this is a very important day for me as my son is getting married, someone came back to me and said that that person is on their way I said OK. What time is the ETA? "I don't know that."
So after 15 minutes of waiting, I had to just walk out and could no longer continue to wait.
This was extremely unprofessional. I didn't even get an apology, a follow up phone call, or anything to show any kind of customer service.

I have been going to Classic Studio for 2 years now. Dorothy is the best!! I am never disappointed when I leave. She is very kind, fun to talk to, and does a great job. I always recommend her to anyone that is looking for a stylist.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! i asked for a blowout (my reference pic is included here) and this is what i got. i genuinely cannot believe how bad it looked. i do not know how they thought this was okay. my hairstylist was nice at least.....but please do not go here to get your hair styled.

First time visit today; nice salon and staff are friendly. Lynn was my stylist; she is personable and a great stylist. She gave me a great cut and style that I'm really happy with, after taking time to listen to what I was looking for. Will definitely be returning.Services: Hairstyling

Since leaving my previous hair stylist 2 years ago, I've been looking for someone to cut my hair the way I wanted, not the way the stylist wants. I will look no further. Lynn is amazing, she knew exactly what and how I wanted my hair cut. She got it right the first time! She's so personable it feels like I've known her forever and she's only done my hair 3 times.
