Nice place to get Tire from they help you with the tires that you need for your car very professional and putting them on give you a time that they might be ready and that they do great work. Great customer service.

Wouldn’t/couldn’t take the time to reset my tire pressure sensor warning on the dash through my OBD connection…even though they said it would be reset it at the time of tire purchase. What was I supposed to do, start yelling before leaving with a half assed repair? I will have to find a more thorough tire shop.

Long time Discount tire customer here for many years. Recently I’ve been in for a tire rotation and balance at this location where I also wanted them to look at the tire as it had a leak. Upon finding the nail I was told that despite it not being near the sidewall they could not repair it and a new tire was necessary. As someone who does their own car maintenance usually I knew this was not the case and declined their pitch and left to a neighboring shop. The tire was fixed within 15 minutes for free with a simple patch. A few days later I drove out to another discount tire location as I still felt a vibration in the wheel and they told me that a wheel balance was never performed at this w130 location because there was none of the wheel weights discount tire specifically uses on the tire at all. Additionally, it was obvious from the printout they provided that no balance had been done. Disappointed to say the least that aggressive sales has ruined a customer experience and I will not be returning to this location after taking various vehicles there for years.

For background, we have purchased our last 3 sets of tires at Discount Tire - Parma Heights. But we have since been refused service on my last several visits for maintenance. As an example this week, a sales clerk "inspected" the tire(s) with a slow leak on my wife's car visually, then quickly explained why they won't help us and went on to try very hard to hard sell us into buying new ones. This is obviously their manipulative training approach for sales - since the same process was used in a similar visit for our other vehicle earlier this year.
I subsequently took the car the next day to Monro - Tire Choice who found a faulty tire valve and replaced it for $24.
We'll be replacing 2 sets of tires this winter, but now won't even consider Discount Tire. In fact, I don't plan to ever do business with them again.

I went there to get my tire plugged on my new tire .the guy told me he couldn't do it I'll have to replace all 4 tires lmfao these tires are brand new . I went to discount tire on brookpark they plugged my tire with in 10 mins and 20$ fee 🙃 lmfaoooooo . Trued to hustle me !!!

Decent priced. But make sure you get the piece that removes your locking hubs. They never gave me mine back and I had to pay to have them cut off my truck.

They are very kind and helpful, however, I did make an appointment ahead of time to try to avoid any delays and sitting around but it took them 45 minutes past my appointment time to even start working on my car. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment started too just to make sure they did not give my spot away. I understand things come up and whatnot, I was just disappointed in that aspect of their service.

My sister had a blowout and was on a budget. I told her to go to Discount Tire in Parma,Ohio. They were AMAZING!!! They made sure my sister was safe, taken care of and she was out the door in 35 minutes with 4 new tires, that fit her budget. Thank you Discount Tire!!!

STAY AWAY! Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. Got home and noticed 2 different styles of valve stems and caps. So that popped a red flag of no attention to detail. So I checked tire pressures. Found the front tires both good, 1 back tire 7 psi over inflated and the other tire at 60 psi! Max is 50psi on these tires and the car calls for 29! Also found lugnuts torqued to almost 100 ft/lb. Double check all the work these guys do, it won't be right!
