“The girls at this store today were exceptional. We were in around lunchtime and it was pretty busy but both ladies inside handled it graciously and attentively. I witnessed a customer in front of me being very rude and demanding and to my dismay I see the review below and it was very inappropriate. The associate was very polite and tried to offer solutions and I felt awful how they were treated while balancing multiple tasks. I love coming to this shop and my flower purchase was gorgeous as always. I came here to support this amazing store and was very disturbed to see that review after witnessing the situation. I dropped in on a Friday and asked them for a gender reveal bouquet same day. I wasn’t looking for anything huge or elaborate. Just something small for me and my husband to learn the gender of the baby we are expecting.
