I liked the haircut it wasn’t bad at all. But the girl cutting my hair with the scissors kept pulling my hair out really hard when using the scissors.

My husband took my son last night and instead of giving him the haircut we asked for (with a picture of him with the haircut in the past), she gave him a page boy. It was awful. We took him back this morning to have it fixed into a typical short boy-style (to make it easier and less likely it would get screwed up again), and provided another picture of him sporting the haircut in the past. It appears that this time, they botched it on purpose. The line in the front is crooked and diagonal, the sideburns are completely wonky, and the back is three different lengths. My poor son has been bawling since he got home. He is so embarrassed, my heart is breaking for him. My husband was floored and didn't know what to do so he just came home dejected with a crying depressed kid. Don't go here if you can help it, especially if you have kids -- anyone that mean-spirited, to purposely make a kid look bad??....stay far away from this place.

STAY AWAY!! April 19th 2024, I used to love this place but after today not anymore!
THE POWER Bitc## allison whom was my go to stylist informed me month ago that she was taking
her vacation to Nashville at end of April, and im taking my vacation to florida the same week,so today I walk in right at 10am , no other customers there yet, so I can have my haircut done for my trip, Allison's response was sorry I can't cut your hair now I have bunch of interviews, she asked if I can come back at 1pm, I DONT THINK SO! I DRIVE 40 MINUTES AWAY from bay village to come here due to all other great clips near my house all suck, well after today this gets added to list of suckiness!!! allison I will never come back!
It's reasons like this and read the last 5 negative reviews, that a sensible customer will take there business elsewhere.

Don’t take ur child to get his/her haircut there, LIKE NEVER! Took my 2 years old child there, they got hair all over his mouth and face.. my sister and her child was waiting on me and her son ran to the chair, one of the stylist I wish I got her name she was so rude, she yelled at the child saying “ don’t touch the chair it’s expensive”…. That was really rude she could’ve said something else in nice way!! Never going back there and please don’t take ur child there !!! This location should close honestly!!

Consumers beware, do not get your haircut or your child’s haircuts. Here I was harassed by one of the stylist at Caucasian younger women earlier this morning March 21 I took my son to get a small, simple taper fade. The stylist was very hostile, tried to extort me for more money. All I did is give her a comment on how she did a poor job blending my son’s taper fade. She continues to try to embarrass me very very horrible experience. I need the ownership to call me right away or contact me every everyone stay away from this place horrible establishment very ghetto unprofessional worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I'm still upset 5wks after being humiliated. I normally go to a different shop but they were closed do to Covid they lost help and hours were changed. I had been to this location twice and went in. The girl who took me was so nasty . I always make sure my hair is clean since they don't wash hair anymore. The girl was being very rough coming my hair and I kindly said honey your hurting me and thats all it took for her to go off on me. She lectured me about coming there with hairspray in my hair which was not so. when I asked why she was being so nasty with me she said "do you want your hair cut then Stop Talking! I asked why are you so angry? She raised her voice and said " I told you to stop talking! I was so upset I asked if there was a Manager and it was this Nasty Blonde that had cut my hair on another visit. She could hear all of it and yet when I said this girl is making shut up. She didn't say shut up she said Stop Talking and the Mgr. misunderstood and just raised her voice in front of waiting customers and said GET OUT! In tears I left with wet hair half cut. I made to my Great Clips now open and my regular Gal hugged me and listened to me, the other gal told me of all the complaints these girls get. She gave me Corporates Phone # and I called . Because they are owned by different people It seems no one changes. I said I want an apology and the best I could get was a free haircut somewhere else. NO THANK YOU ! I'm in knots just writing. I was told the 2 would be talked to for their side and she defended her saying "she makes good money and has been with us 5yrs. Who Cares. I'm not young and this has rattled me to my very core. I long for my talented stylists of yester year. all retired. You can have your Chop Shops! Shame on all of You.

Been going to this salon for years no issues. That is until yesterday Jan.16th. Wish I had noticed the name of the girl who cut my hair. Hard to explain what I ended up with. Could've done better myself with a weed wacker. When I complained, she said I could go elsewhere. Obviously I'll not be returning to that location again.
