This place is amazing! I went from splotchy black to a beautiful brown the transformation was insane. I’m pretty sure the lady that did my hair her name was Julie or Julia, she is so sweet and amazing at hair! I got layers and a color correction and my hair looks BOMB, everyone there is so sweet said my hair looked good, this is definitely going to be my main salon from now on!

Worst salon to go too, she did my blow dry and my hair was all in the air, i had to ask to straighten my hair since, she charged me extra for it and also it isn’t good. Now i came to different salon to do it all over. Not professional at all they don’t know anything about doing hair. Just Don’t go there if you really have an occasion or if you need to do you hair.

I recently had my roots colored and a hair cut. The color did not take. something I have never experienced before even with over the counter product. My friends commented that parts of my hair looked like the stylist missed spots. The cut and style was ok but not worth the price this salon charges. I will not recommend this salon for any service. extremely disappointed.

Always love being beautified at Mistyfied salon. Staff is wonderful and attentive. Misty has been doing my hair for over 30 years. Highly recommend!!!

I was visiting my mom for the weekend and wanted to take her to get her haircut and thought I'd treat myself to a blowout. I found this salon on a Google search and couldn't have been happier. Nicole and Julia were our hair stylists and they were both absolutely wonderful! Right from the minute we walked in, the entire staff was warm and friendly. We had my four year old with us and everyone made him feel very welcome. They all went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. This salon is highly recommended for superb customer service as well as excellent hair cutting and hair styling skills!

Sierahya did an amazing job on my cut and color with highlights. A few weeks prior I decided to cut my own hair myself, because I didn’t feel like going out to get it done. I ended up making an appointment with Sierahya and told her i royally messed up my own hair and was going to see if she could fix it for me. One side was longer then the other, had an extremely short back piece of my hair that I was afraid wouldn’t blend and she got everything to blend seemlessly! I’m so happy I chose mistyfied in Parma heights for my hair needs because I don’t know what it would look like it I didn’t. She was wonderful and patient withMe and so kind. My 4 year old had to come with and we found ways to entertain her while I was there and all the staff treatedMe and my daughter with the upmost respect. I will never goTo another hair salon!
