I used to love this place until an extremely sassy man treated me. He only gave me a 7 day supply of medication when my hand is large and inflamed from a burn. What's SEVEN days going to do? It did nothing as I suspected, as I was in pharmacy at the University of Toledo. He insulted the medications I am on and judged me for my health problems. I've been on these medications for years yet he blamed them for my falls. I spoke with my psychiatrist yesterday as he wanted me to and he said since I've been on the meds for 5 years, they're not going to spontaneously cause falls. My equilibrium is off, because I fell asleep on my right arm and it won't move. People naturally move their arms when they walk, and I cannot do that. This doctor or nurse practitioner or whoever this sassy guy was was extremely unprofessional and judgmental of my health problems. Don't come here, because you might have to deal with the same sassy guy I did.

This place is better than metro emergency hospital, if you would like doctor to take care you fast, this place doesn’t waste your time.they don’t make you wait hours to pay like other hospitals in the area. When I have some emergency I don’t go to any emergency hospital, I go to this clinic for treatment.

Do not go to the medcare center on Detroit rd In Sheffield village. They want to give you medication in the IV one of the techs that work there blew out my vein after she started the IV. My arm was bruised for 2 wks. She kept saying I'm starting to bruise from my low platelets.

Absolutely horrible. Doctor was a total wacko. Scattered, distracted, seemed like she was very clueless. Would not recommend.

They do NOT give antigen COVID test - it is only an ANTIBODY test, which does NOT tell you if you have current infection, it only tells you if you have had the infection in the past. Most current literature says that antibodies aren't detected for at least two weeks. I even questioned this when I was there and they stated "this test will tell you if you current have it or have had it in the past". False and dangerous advertising. I will be calling the board of health.

Long wait--- went for a covid test however was unaware that they only had the antibody test which only tells if you HAD the virus--not the nasal test which tells you HAVE it. I was surprised that as medical professionals i was not told this at the visit and was givin false negative , as a result putting others in risk. Luckily the next day i was able to schedule a nasal test with another facility to find the positive result. They seemed to only want to sell you tests and could care less about the actual patient. go somewhere else!
