“Eric is so personable and has so much knowledge to share, I was floored with the Best edible choices and drink variety for such a small shop. Just the best top shelf brands and flavors. Definitely coming out of my way from Michigan to come here again.”
“My husband and I stopped in today looking for information on Kratom and Kava as we're newish users and there's so much conflicting info on the internet. Then we walked in and met Josh. He was so incredibly knowledgeable so much so, that we walked out understanding everything he said. He answered every question we had, and even the ones we didn't know we had lol. The products are pure, clean and all natural (Not like the smoke shop expired sawdust we had tried previously) If you are a newbie or an experienced consumer this is the place to go. Josh and the owner are both experts and he talked to like friends not like customers. Thank you so much Josh for all of the info and for your wonderful customer service. We will be back!!!”
“As a retired hospital CEO, I was lookin for the best product … quality and price. After looking at them all, I decided to buy KaraMD products.Quality and price are great!!! Recommend them wholeheartedly!!”

“I went in to buy some energy drinks that were on sale. Two separate employees asked if I needed help. They were both very polite and professional, but I'm sorry that I do not remember their names. I ended up buying five cans of the energy drink, and a tube of toothpaste.”
“Thank you for your response and for taking my feedback seriously. GNC has always been one of my favorite stores, and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. That’s actually why I visited twice in a row — because I truly value your store and products. I appreciate your apology and hope to see the usual excellent service on my next visit.”

“I stopped in to see what type of CBD products they had in vaping. Dale was very helpful and enlightened me in the different products they had and what would be best suited for me. He was super friendly and helpful.”
