My best friend who's disabled and I shopped there on Wednesday, January 14, 2025. There were no carts available, so Amanda helped her by locating a cart and assisted her to the pharmacy. Amanda was very compassionate and amazing. She is a valuable employee.

I’ve read a bunch of the reviews and it seems that they are on point. This review is entirely for pharmacy. At the counter there is a younger lady working the pharmacy register that is just very rude, the moment you approach the windows is just a bad experience. I don’t know the name of the attendant and I feel bad giving such a low star rating ( I could not imagine the whole team being rude as she was). Based on the reviews I have read, It appears that the management should pays attention on how this particular employee interacts with customers. A way to improve the ratings would be to start teaching this employee to say “thank you, have a nice day” at the end of the transaction.

I would highly recommend coming here if you would like to have problems with your prescriptions. This is probably the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

I have had nothing but problems since I returned to this pharmacy. They forgot a prescription and marked in their system they gave it to me. Celeste was extremely rude and condescending "it says here in our system you already picked them up". Yea, that's what I told you, and I never got them. (not even a scheduled medication) they checked the tapes, and told me to come pick up my Rx, and I didn't even get a single apology for talking to me like I was an idiot.The guy pharmacist was the only person who isn't a jerk as well as the younger pharm techs.I was a pharmacy tech too. I understand how stressful it is, but you don't need to be rude to the customers. Mistakes happen, I have SEEN it at my previous job. Y'all need some customer service skills or a bigger paycheck, and it shows.Bring Nicole back, she was great

I was in and out in a couple minutes. They have a good selection of groceries and pharmaceuticals. FedEx and Redbox also.

We went into this Walgreens on Pearl Road in Parma Heigh to look for make up that was on sale - buy one get one 50% off. They only had one in stock. While in the first aisle two employees of Walgreens were yelling at each other. A man, who later was identified as the manager, was yelling at a young woman. The last thing he said to her was "Do you think I want to work here forever?"After a couple minutes of yelling back and forth they eventually walked into an office behind the photo area. We walked to the checkout counter, where two other people were already waiting. No employees were at the checkout counter or anywhere else in the store that we could see. Two or three other people came up behind us. We waited soo long that people started talking about looting the store because there were no employees anywhere in sight. After about five minutes the young lady com out and says "Sorry. Our manager doesnt like to do his job." And she leaves the store. Three or four more minutes and the manager comes out. He rings up one person slowly and very unenthusiastically. Once our turn came, he rang up the first makeup item, which he said wasn't on sale though it was clearly marked all over the shelf that allmay products were. He kept looking at his phone, as he pretty much did the entire time since leaving that back room. Since he couldn't ring our items up correctly we began to leave. The female employee came back in the store and yelled at the manager "Dont ever tell at me in front of employees again." And she left again.Worst shopping experience I've ever had truthfully. Between the low stock on sale items, to the horrible service and totally unprofessional behavior of ALL the employees, I'll never go back to this Walgreens.

Do yourself a favor and don't use this pharmacy! everyone including the pharmacy manager Rob have an attitude problem. I will never use this Walgreens again!
