This is our 2nd move using pack rat and as always, they delivered exceptional service! Dan, my delivery driver, is AMAZING!. He was attentive, careful, and just a nice and pleasant man. Packrat even was able to deliver a POD next day and pick it up the next day when we realized we hadn't ordered enough. Thank you PackRat for being a great company to do business with.

Cleveland crew was absolutely amazing and their customer service was exceptional. We needed pods for moving and they delivered just that. Wendor our delievry driver was so helpful and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend for all moving needs!

I had a very good moving experience with Packrat. After a error with another company, Packrat was able to deliver my pod within 2 days. The man in charge of delivering the pods from Parma, Ohio storage was named Coleman and he was wonderful. Genuinely caring and helping with my calls and scheduling, answering all of my questions. Mariah picked up my (empty) pod today and she was just great. Professional and helpful, made the pickup look easy! Thank you

Wish I could have given the no stars. They had 2 trucks and both were broken down we closed on our house and had to get the containers out of the yard and scheduled on Tuesday for a Saturday pick up. They did not care that I had to cancel another company to unload the pods or that we had to stay in a hotel because we’re had no beds or furniture in the new house. They did not even offer to pay for the hotel or meal expenses that I incurred do to them not picking up the containers when contracted to do so. Not only that they charged me $508.00 to pick up the empty containers and then tried to charge me again $104.00 per container to pick them up. This company is terrible they need to be closed down if they can not provide the services when contracted for. RUN DO NOT USE Pack Rats.

Our pick up of container was fast and the driver was very nice. A+++ service so far. We are moving from Ohio to Florida. Moving is always a nightmare but so far, Pack Rat has done a good job.
Mariah was very experienced and professional. Very quick and strong.
