I find it odd that this store refuses to confirm what they have in stock over the phone and insists people come to the store to find out. When searching for one specific phone, I would prefer to not drive 30 min to only be told they don’t have it. Just take 30 seconds over the phone and let me know. The rep even offered to ask their manager if he could tell me, they told him no.
This is bad customer service and I will make sure to avoid using this store in the future.

The staff is not competent. I went three days in a row to find out information about my line. On the fourth, they sent me to another store, where the employees helped me, there they told me that that store constantly does this to customers.

DOMINIC was the BEST! I had issues with my new service I got at the Steelyard location 2 days in a row, so we decided to come to the Parma location. From the moment we walked in the store, he was accommodating, polite, and professional. He took the time to listen, he went above and beyond, even calling the other store, and PERSONALLY took what I needed to the other store. From now on I will ONLY go to this location. Thank you, Dominic!

Dominic was fantastic. Promote him. Give him a raise. Do all the things you should do for a phenomenal employee. You've got yourself a good one. He was patient, quick but thorough, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and even though there were people waiting I didn't feel like he was rushing me but also he was cognizant that there were others that needed help too.

Walked in and was not greeted. No one said “One moment” or “We’ll be right with you”. We sat down for almost 20 minutes before we just walked out still with no employees saying anything. Poor experience

Walked in. Not one person greeted us. Didn’t even acknowledge us walking in. Usually they’d say hi, welcome, we’ll be with you shortly. But nope. Then we waiting for over 30min and still no one helped us. So we walked out! Will not be returning to this store!

Went in there with a very weird problem. I had managed to set a lock code on my phone while sleeping on it. After a couple times back-and-forth to the store cause I had to get different information but unable to use my phone not knowing the code. We finally were able to reset and get into it. great job
