So happy i got another quote. They were nearly $200 dollars cheaper than the other. I was scheduled for the repair within a day, and it took less than 2 hours to fix. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The time i waited i spent next door and got a quick bite to eat. Very convenient. Hopefully I won’t need this service again, but if I would it definitely would be here.

Great business and would highly recommend to anyone. The installer and his wife were very courteous and professional, which made the wait very enjoyable. Will absolutely be my go to place if I ever need a windshield replaced again

Some good!... and some bad. They gentleman who did the install did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was friendly and did very good work. I am, however, disappointed in the actual product. The glass is NOT oem quality. The glass is wavy and you can tell that it is not oem just by looking at it. I wish I would have paid a little more and went with a company that uses higher quality glass.

Great experience! Competitive pricing and quick turnaround on getting in for an appointment. Most important, customer service was wonderful. Shawna, at the front desk, is so kind and professional. She was on the phone when I arrived but still greeted me. I waited for her to finish the phone call and the amount of patience she had helping someone with a language barrier was amazing. Great job!

Horrible experience! They replaced the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler but did not seal it properly and there was a whistling sound from an air leak. They also broke the mount for my baby monitor, left visible globs of glue everywhere, and cut into the pillar panel next to the windshield. I went back so that they could address the concerns and area manager attempted to clear the glue and seal it properly but there was still an air leak. I was told that they would order a replacement panel and new windshield and redo the entire thing. After repeated attempts to get an update, they kept claiming they were waiting on the panel and would get back to me. Well, here I am over two months later and haven’t heard a peep. Nearly $500 WASTED.

The people at this shop could not have been more helpful. Thieves broke into our vehicle while we were visiting Cleveland. The incredibly helpful team at this location got us a same-day appointment and we were on our way in under an hour, with OEM glass no less. Absolutely stellar service that saved our vacation. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Called at 9 am and got a same day appointment at 1 pm for a driver window replacement. Was told appt takes about 1-1.5 hours and that they had the glass I needed in stock and ready. Arrived at my appt on time. Eventually sat there until 3 pm for the staff to tell me the glass arrived late (2:45 pm) and it was not the correct part needed. After waiting 2 hours. I was never updated throughout that process of waiting in the office area. Super disappointing. Ended up going down the street to Auto Glass Autoshyba for same day walk in and they had my car finished in 25 minutes for the same cost, lowest price I could find in the area. Staff were at least apologetic but very frustrating experience as a customer.

Horrible, I had an 8a.m. appointment workers did not show up until 8:30 a.m., they was not able to install my front windshield on my 2020 Subaru Forester. I went to safelite they did the work with no problem

Great price , same day appointment and they were done in less than an hour. The lady at the front desk with the tattoos was very nice as well.
