I’ve bought 2 cars from Eric in the last 7 years. Both have been excellent cars! They are used cars, so they are not going to be showroom perfect, you need to do your own research, bring your own mechanic, they have nothing to hide, very easy to work with, they are very chill, handing us keys at potential cars we are looking to buy. Test drives are never an issue. Answering all of our questions, if we have any. Highly recommend these guys!

My recent visit to Autostar Automotive left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service. I had spotted a car listed on their Facebook page at a certain price and decided to visit the dealership with cash in hand. However, upon arriving, I was met with a completely different scenario.
Firstly, the car was listed at a significantly lower price on Facebook than what was presented to me at the dealership. When I raised this discrepancy, the salesperson's demeanor quickly turned hostile. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the individual began yelling and even slammed objects around the office.
Furthermore, when I pointed out some issues with the car that I hadn't noticed during my initial inspection, the response was even more inappropriate. Rather than attempting to understand my perspective, the salesperson's reaction escalated, making it clear that my concerns were not welcome.
Overall, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed during my visit. As a customer ready to make a purchase, I expected transparent pricing and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, my experience at Autostar Automotive fell far short of these expectations.
I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this dealership. The unprofessional behavior and misleading pricing practices I encountered are not indicative of a reputable or customer-focused establishment.

Beware of this place. There want your money. I was trying to help my friend If you want to buy car from them bring some mechanic with you .Sales person is not very helpful And rude He said he don't care about reviews Don't have respect for you. Good luck everybody God-bless you

If 0 was a star this would be the place. Bought a car a few years back and was told it had all need checked….. “a perfect car”. That it was not, 3 months after purchase of this car I was doing my casual commute and my car started screeching and sliding forward while my wheel is locked. Boom my frame went.. tow truck came $300 later and now we know the frame has been rusting out for years. A fix that now costed $1800 more out of my pocket. We went up to yours truly “Autostar Automotive” to see if they had any heart, but of course we know the end of that story…. Of course not. So if you are asking yourself if you should trust this scum place, I advise to steer clear, please be safe.

Great Experience working with Eric and Sal. The 05 BMW 330xi I purchased in Nov. is running great and strong. And no warning lights came on, a total +. Thanks for replacing the pass. side drive shaft before purchasing. You guys are A+++!!!

Bought a 2008 Toyota Yaris from Eric and he was very reasonable. A pleasure to do business with! The car was a steal of a deal and it drives perfectly over a year later.
