Usually the reps at this store are unbelievably helpful. It’s what I always experience. But I guess it depends on WHO you get. This guy could not have cared less or could have been more dismissive if he tried. I should have noted his name…I thought about going back in and pray for a different rep. Oh, well. That’s customer service anywhere these days.

First of all…I know very little about lawn mower engines, spark plugs, or the socket needed to remove my old spark plug. Thankfully, AutoZone has a very helpful young lady to fill that void! Many thanks!!

I have added a comment for this place before I've been going to for years I believe it's very important that you're very precautious on pulling in and out of the parking lot, I'm not complaining so don't take it there I'm communicating it's important for us humans to communicate we should do it more often..... , so I will mention this again if I'm coming from the North Cleveland area I will pull into the second driveway which is on the left because there's a turning lane that almost intervenes and it's just safer trust me please!,., if I'm coming from the south which is North Royalton ish area you can say I pull in the first driveway which would be on your right and everyone should be careful and extra precautions that means look and good enough time to eliminate the probability of any kind of accident and look left to the sidewalk and write on the sidewalk to see if anyone's coming with could be within 30 ft riding a bike the timeline might just not line up good trust me the word possibility exists and we should all take it an account so much more than we do you could almost predict the future if you if you look into that trust me on that one as well let me be more you can almost predict and can predict at certain times and situations the future on many things specially when it comes to driving a vehicle on the road side street alleyway freeway trust me I know this,!!!❤️ ❤️???✝️♊??️
