The workers were so awesome and helpful! One employee went as far as to get his own tools out of his car to get my stupid plate off that had weird screws. I really appreciated how both guys went above and beyond over a license plate. Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you!!

Jack was the best! He helped me get a new battery and replaced it with care. He was very knowledgeable and came across eager to help. Later I found out he was 19 and had recently graduated mechanic school. Stand up guy!

Jack was awesome. Had a long drive from Cleveland home and my truck had a temp sensor issue. Jack helped research it and then helped me get my truck running back to normal for a safe drive home on a 18 degree day. Jack you’re a real one.

The staff at this Seven Hills Autozone go way above and beyond. Jack helped install my new vehicle battery while it was freezing cold outside. He even gave advice on how to reset the electronic system that kept my tailgate from opening- he was better than YouTube.

The Auto Zone technician came out to my car immediately and checked the battery. The car just needed to be driven more to charge the battery. It had sat for a couple of months. He was extremely responsive and helpful with a great attitude. The commercials are accurate - the AZ teams are very friendly and want to help!

I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. We went in to purchase headlights and tail lights for my car. Not only did they help us find the right parts, but offered to install them for us in the middle of one of the heaviest rainstorms I’ve seen. Keith and Jack were absolutely amazing, and we will certainly be visiting again for any auto part needs.
