“I was pretty darn nervous to work with a company that I’ve never heard of before, and that was found from Google searching. But literally every step of the process of working with Greentec as a company, and most specifically Jared from this location, has been perfect!! Jared is super knowledgeable and kind and professional (but not in a stuffy stupid way). The battery swap was done extremely quickly and efficiently. Jared was very personable and able to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy for me to understand! Jared has my extreme respect and Greentec is clearly a very good outfit!”
“Kirk has always had what we have needed for batteries at a good price. But their crew was always gruff and grumpy. However, in the last few visits, they have really turned around their attitudes and service.
We've always shopped here for batteries but now can do so without dreading our interactions!”
“During our recent storm, my car battery died. I phoned Battery Empire and received a return call within less than 30 minutes! Michael was extremely pleasant and helpful. When I met him in person his demeanor was the same. He provided me with honest answers, a fair price, and great service. It is such a blessing to know that great customer service is still the fabric of many companies today!”
“I love this place it's my go too place been here 2 times already they are reliable and affordable for sure nice men that works here will even work on your car in the rain and they take your old battery way better than O'Reilly's and AutoZone combined guarantee my place from now on”
“The commercial manager shianne is fantastic. She can literally get any hard to find part I throw at her. When in doubt Shianne can figure it out Little or big. She’s the girl to go to. Definitely will always come here as long as she’s around. Guarantee you’ll leave with your parts and a few laughs. Thanks Shianne for always coming through for me and my guys, and looking great while doing it.”
“Awesome people here they were able to help me and when they did not have the part in they were able to get it in later during the day they helped put the windshield wiper blades on my vehicle and sometimes that can be no easy task especially since this was the first time changing them out for me on this vehicle”
“I had a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! Mark and George were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They got me taken care of quickly. They helped me test my dead car battery, explained what was going on, and helped me get it replaced quickly and without any hassle.
They were fast, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Both of them were great guys and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this O’Reilly Auto Parts location to anyone who needs help with their vehicle.”
“Came In today to get my battery & alternator checked. An amazingly polite young man by the name Eugenio helped me. Told me that my battery was bad. I thanked him for all his help. You all need to reward him. He is a keeper.”
“Stopped here after my windshield wipers blew off and left a huge scrape on my windshield. Chris, the manager, was incredibly helpful and went above/beyond to help!”
“I didn't go in here but when I needed car assistance I went here and AutoZone. I believe everything is made in the USA otherwise I wouldn't go there. I have a mechanic I just don't have a car. Read that again ???????”
“I went in today for some simple parts and got more help than I expected by Nina and the manager on duty. They were so nice and friendly and even offered to help me put the fluids in my vehicle. I would recommend going here over anywhere.”
