Service here was excellent. They were so kind and brought us our food and the place is so neat clean and organized!! Everyone here is so friendly and when my son dropped his cookie on the ground, they brought us two fresh new cookies without hesitation FREE OF CHARGE!! Their New Yourker Ruben is one of the best corn beef sandwiches I’ve ever had and I’m from Cleveland, we have some of the best corned beef in the country. Sorry no photos of our food, we gobbled it up in 2 minutes 🤣
Amazing food and excellent customer service!

Exceeded my expectations. More than a “lunch box sandwich”. Honestly, the service was great. Very tentative to the guests. I had the grilled chicken club with the chicken tortilla soup, what a combo 😍 My husband had the kings club sandwich (I believe that’s the name ) but he was in love. Best Sandwich place in the Parma area. Thank you!!

Friday we ordered it for lunch. There was a total of 5 pick 2's, potato and a salad. I was almost for sure the order would be screwed up, ya know new restaurant, new workers. Everything was right, hot and good. The only down sound was there was a fee to order it online. It was hard trying to figure out what everyone owed

Absolutely love this McAlister’s! The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was amazing. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a McAlister’s!

She burned me 6 times with the blow dryer and I said ouchhh. She definitely didn’t trim and give me layers

Very disappointed with the cut I got. I left with most of my hair cut off, way shorter then I asked for, layers are uneven, and one side is longer then the other. My hair was below my shoulders when I went in and left with it above my shoulders and the layers so short in the back. Was hard to tell at the salon since I was not given a mirror to see the back and a chance to just sit and look in the mirror for a few moments. Took me a year to get my hair the length and fullness I had when I went in and now I have to start all over again. I went to a different salon the same day to get everything fixed as best as they could. Also what this place charges is ridiculous! The service and experience is not worth what they charge. I stopped going here for a reason and thought since they had some new staff to try again. My mistake. DON'T GO HERE! They one star added to this review is just so I can leave a review, I would give zero stars if it allowed it.
