Jason made my experience great by giving me patience and being very helpful. Had issues that he could have pawned off on somebody else but he took it upon himself to fix it. Deserves a raise! Thank you Jason for making a stressful day have relief.

I have nothing good to say about boost mobile, THEY SUCK!!!! But this store was great, the employees were very helpful and spent alot of time to get my issue resolved, boost mobile did nothing to help me, had it not been for the employees at this store I would have service with a different company right now.

always shows that on Sunday they work until 5 pm, I come to them, and they are closed, please indicate that you are closed on Sunday!!!

Google ad says their open sun but aren't. Went t9 the one on Lorain that was and they had a great guy working that was helpful!

2hrs on the phone trying to pay a bill 7yrs as a cx they switched carriers for payments and cx services with no notice. Bill paid at 430pm its now 830 pm still no servicethese idiots say give it 24hrs wtf..of courseI'm not ...and I'm switched..the new service suks and swallows if your thinking of boost RUN!!

The clerk was very helpful but my new phone is just using battery power like very quickly will be taking it back soon for new phone I paid extra for that option but it's worth the $7
