“After calling the other two big chains and getting prices I called these guys up and got a price $100 less than their competitors were quoting. The staff was polite, the work was done cleaning and quickly. My rear window was replaced in 40 minutes (not guaranteed that, but I was blown away at how quickly they did it). 100% highly recommend these guys. Very professional, good work and friendly service. Because I have the matte finish, the process was particularly complicated. Additionally, the accident required an alignment and repair/replacements of the front bumper & grille, fender, wheels, front suspension, front door, and diagnostics.
What I appreciated most was Chuck and/or Lorie communicated every step of this repair with texts and calls on repair updates. I think most of us understand that things feel off when we're not in our own vehicles and these folks helped minimze that for me.
The repairs came out wonderfully and I was happy to put smiling faces to names. Chuck walked me out to my vehicle though they were close to closing and had a nice conversation with me. Thank you Chuck, Lorie, and the entire team!”

“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”
“They did a fantastic job replacing my side window after it was busted when someone tried to get in my car. Christian with Safelite there in a quick manner and let me know in advance when they would be there so I was prepared. He let me inspect the job before they left and they were nice and helpful with all my questions. And it was even less than my deductible so I don’t even need to put it in my insurance record. Great job, would recommend to others.”
“I had two panes that needed replacing because of broken seals. Glass Doctor was very quick to send a rep (very polite, efficient and personable) for measurements and estimate. After paying my 50% deposit, I was told 4-6 weeks for the glass to come in. After 10 weeks, I contacted them to as when it would be done. Was told there was a delay with the glass manufacturer and they would contact me when it was in. Week after week, I "tried" contacting them and they wouldn't answer my e mails, and kept getting cut off when calling. After four months (!) I finally got an e mail giving me a date for the install. Mari G. arrived exactly when she said she would, efficiently and quickly replaced the panes and cleaned up after. While their technicians are very nice and do good work, their customer "service" (as in non-existent) really sucks.”
