“I was in an accident and originally my car was sent to the Bedford location on Aurora Road. There were quite a few people ahead of me, so to get my car started they sent it to the North Royalton location. Both locations were awesome, but North Royalton gave top-tier service. Courtney communicated updates with me daily, showed she really cared, and did everything she could to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They truly did an amazing job! My car looks great!!”

“Very affordable place for chip repairs. They made sure I was aware the chip may still be visible due to the size of it, but that it would be sealed. Quick service and friendly staff. They even took the extra time to give me an estimated price for a new windshield even though its not available aftermarket yet. I would defintly go back.”
“Amazing service and better prices than safelite, even when they were having trouble with their glass supplier for my weird rear window they made sure to clean out some of the broken glass and crash wrap my car so I could get to work and not worry about snow getting into my car. Was very impressed with the friendly service and they did an excellent job with my window would recommend 100%”

“I want to give these guys a massive thank you for their help in regards to saving my 1997 Saturn SL1, after a tree fell on it. “Glass Doctor did a great job repairing a glass insert for front door, which had a seal broken and dirt accumulated between panes. Glass is very nice so we had Glass Doctor repair and it came out wonderful - crystal clear view. At same time, they replaced two side lites for a new style and all efforts went well! They installed a temporary glass insert when taking away the original for repair, then installed all three inserts in the next visit.”
“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”
“We had a curio cabinet with matching glass doors. When one of the glass doors was broken, we tried to solve the problem with local glass makers - but curved glass is a specialty.
Bruening Glass was recommended to us. Mark took care of us! He made the glass exactly to the measurements and even delayed shipping during the holiday season as a precaution so the glass would be a little safer during shipping.
When the glass arrived it was packaged up in a very secure wooden box and fit perfectly! Very happy to have the curio back in business.”

“Recommend C-Auto Glass in Parma, corner of Broadview and Brookpark Rds. Had a broken passenger power window. Called C-Auto Glass on Weds., Tabby (Tabitha) spoke with my missus, offered an estimate and scheduled a time for service the next day. My wife thought Tabby was competent, polite, friendly. On arrival Thursday, the techs began work on the car five minutes earlier than scheduled, they finished ten minutes sooner than expected and the estimate was right on.”
