I had a wonderful experience. Ar’rion did a fantastic job. My Subaru looked brand new, and that was a challenge with all the dog hair in it. Diego was very informative when I called to book the appointment. The young lady who I met when dropping off my vehicle was also very pleasant and helpful. Took my car in at my scheduled time on Monday and was told they didn't have time to get it done that day but to come back tomorrow. I brought it back today at the same time and when they called me to come get it said it would be extra for dog hair and "extra dirty" total was an extra $63 after tax. Would have been nice to have been told this the day prior. When I picked it up the front window was dirty and the review mirror I could barely see out of because of the streaks. The speaker cover in my trunk was also popped out. I wish I could post pictures with this review.

I never cleaned the inside of my car since I got it in 2015, all the dust, dirt and dead bugs have been in there. When I got my car back it was like having a brand new car off the lot! It was shiny inside and out! They even found my picture wallet that I lost (thought was stolen) 5yrs ago! When I saw it I was extremely happy! I also lost my credit card out of my pocket upon picking my car up and they called right away and stayed until I came and picked it up! They are a very honest and trustworthy company! First time ever getting a complete car detail and am I glad I chose this place! Having many detailers in the area, I could not beat this price. $185 for everything inside and out. After booking my appointment, staff reached out with a text the night prior, to double confirm my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Arion (unsure on the spelling). GREAT guy! Very friendly and professional. My appointment was at noon and they had finished by 3:30pm, which is very quick for a complete detail, and a bay full of cars already working on, especially considering the state of my interior (vomit stains in carpet). I picked the vehicle back up and this thing looked BRAND NEW. The leather interior glistened and the carpet was stain free, fluffed, and looked new. The stench completely gone. The attention to detail from these folks is next level. Arion did such an amazing job. I will be back and highly recommend this place to anybody in the area.

I came here in bad need of an interior detail/carpet clean. They were able to get me in within 2 days and the price was the best that I had seen looking around. EVERYONE at Car Wash Cleveland was super helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and prompt when calling me back. One of the guys saw me pull in and directed me where to go. He also assured me that he would get my car done in time for me to get to work. And Arrion was the one that worked on my car. It looked and smelled beautiful! AWFUL! My vehicle was there for 6 hours. The website said 2.5 hrs. for interior detailing. I picked up my vehicle, the windows were dirty, rear view mirror had spots and the carpet and seats were still dirty! I asked what do they clean with....... TERRIBLE!!!!! IF I COULD'VE GIVEN NEGATIVE STARS.....I WOULD HAVE!Service: Auto detailing

We did this as a gift for our daughter during our visit, because she has little time to clean her Subaru Forrester. I made an appointment a few days ahead for an extreme detail. It needed it with rough weather and dog visitor. These people have a lot of pride in their work and they do a wonderful job. The place is a bit tricky to find but they sent a picture of of the location and structure, so that we knew where to go. The price was very fair considering all the work. They kept it from 9-5 to make sure it was free of dog hair and waxed and polished it. When we picked it up, this 3 year old vehicle looked brand new. It had been parked outside most of the time. The wax will protect it. She will try her best to maintain the look, but we will know where to go next time we visit here- Car Wash Cleveland!

They were all amazing very nice and friendly. I got the basic package car wash and interior. The minute you drop off the car they keep in contact with you throughout they day to let you know the perfect time for pick up. Would highly recommend.
