I’ve always been a supporter of shopping local. I wanted a company who would stand behind their work and provide excellent service and products to boot. Working with Dan at Circle Floor Company was so easy and met all my needs for someone I can trust completely with my flooring needs. I wish I could’ve done my whole house but my family room was a great start as it needed a massive updating. Dan personally did the measurements and helped in the selection process to get me superior products and padding. Installation team under Dan was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home which was paramount. Within 10 days my room was completely transformed by my “Senior HGTV“ family (average age 67) and the carpeting added the finishing touch which was more beautiful than even imagined! In the next day, my new furniture arrived to make this room an awesome life-changing retreat for me. I highly recommend you shop local with this well established professional Parma business.

I’m so happy I went with this company. They were excellent!!! They not only gave me top of the line quality carpet, they made the job fun! I got to know the workers and ended up making new friends. This was a great experience! My carpet is so beautiful!!!! Don is good guy! Please trust this process with Don.
I was almost scammed by another company and I told Don about it and he understood why trust was so important and he is definitely TRUSTWORTHY!

Had a good experience from the start of the process to the end. I was new at the whole new floor process and the team at Circle Floors made it easy. So happy with the way the new floor turned out and will definitely recommend them moving forward.

we have used circle flooring for our kitchen and are entire basement after we had the basement waterproofed they did a wonderful job highly recommend looking forward to use them again for carpeting

OUTSTANDING job! Don was helpful from start to finish and any questions we had, he had answers to. Derrick was efficient and cleaned up after each day, he even replace a part for our toilet, the small details make a huge difference. I have absolutely no complaints. This is the second time I have used Circle Floors to install carpeting in my home. It was a pleasant and easy process from start to finish. I had to delay install for several weeks due to other home improvements and they were very flexible with scheduling. I cannot remember the installers name, but he was the most conscientious and friendly contractor I’ve ever had in my home. Thank you, Don, Mary and the installation team!

Great experience working with Circle Floor on the tile floor in our master bathroom.Don was very responsive; it was easy to schedule an appointment/measurement, and he was helpful with selecting the tile.Derrick had a solid process for demo/installation. He was detail-oriented and very neat; covering the floors and furniture in the area and thoroughly cleaning up when finished.Excellent customer service and high-quality craftsmanship!I will definitely use Circle Floor for any future flooring updates.

I have had my kitchen floor and 2 bedrooms carpeted in the past by them. This time around I had bathroom floor done. The communication from office is not good. Scheduling a job is a problem. I never was informed that they would be coming the 17th. They just showed up! The workers were very professional so I let them complete the job. I love how my bathroom floor looks ! They explained everything and left everything cleaned up! I gave them a 4 because of the workers and the job they did. Office needs imprivement!

Derrick and his crew were absolutely fantastic!! They covered the floor and when finished it did't even look like anyone was in my home. Derrick did a fantastic job! Very professional and very polite. Don and crews have done many jobs for me and Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home (Which I work at). I sure would recommend them for any jobs I may need to complete. In fact I will be having them do new flooring in my kitchen in the near future!! Highly recommend.

We had our basement waterproofed, they dug inside and out. We had a finished basement, note I said “had”. Circle Floors did a great job on our kitchen so we went back to Don. He knows a lot about Parma basements, we learned a lot. The time and care they took to turn our basement into a useable family room. They truly know their business.

We went to A LOT of stores looking for the right flooring for our kitchen. We went to several big box stores and numerous flooring stores and struggled to find what we were looking floor. We are so glad we stumbled upon Don at the Circle Floor Company. He was very patient and personal, spent a lot of time with us, offered ideas, etc. He was also able to beat the other stores on pricing. He is exactly the type of person and this is exactly the type of company you want to be dealing with when you are making an investment like this.
