Pricing is very fair for a quality product. There is no gouging on installation costs or sub-flooring/ padding if required.
ZERO pressure to buy. Large selection to choose from and all of it is high grade products. Family owned business- Don and his staff are easy to converse with and the store has a friendly atmosphere. After they installed our floor we are now having them do carpeting for us.

Mary was very helpful to me by answering all of my questions. Derek was the installer. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is professional, detail oriented, a perfectionist and was mindful of my property while working with his tools. He takes pride in his work. I was amazed at his speed without compromising quality. Lastly, he has integrity. I have had many contractors over the years and he surpassed them all. I highly recommend him.

I’ve always been a supporter of shopping local. I wanted a company who would stand behind their work and provide excellent service and products to boot. Working with Dan at Circle Floor Company was so easy and met all my needs for someone I can trust completely with my flooring needs. I wish I could’ve done my whole house but my family room was a great start as it needed a massive updating. Dan personally did the measurements and helped in the selection process to get me superior products and padding. Installation team under Dan was efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home which was paramount. Within 10 days my room was completely transformed by my “Senior HGTV“ family (average age 67) and the carpeting added the finishing touch which was more beautiful than even imagined! In the next day, my new furniture arrived to make this room an awesome life-changing retreat for me. I highly recommend you shop local with this well established professional Parma business.

I’m so happy I went with this company. They were excellent!!! They not only gave me top of the line quality carpet, they made the job fun! I got to know the workers and ended up making new friends. This was a great experience! My carpet is so beautiful!!!! Don is good guy! Please trust this process with Don.

we have used circle flooring for our kitchen and are entire basement after we had the basement waterproofed they did a wonderful job highly recommend looking forward to use them again for carpeting

This is the second time I have used Circle Floors to install carpeting in my home. It was a pleasant and easy process from start to finish. I had to delay install for several weeks due to other home improvements and they were very flexible with scheduling. I cannot remember the installers name, but he was the most conscientious and friendly contractor I’ve ever had in my home. Thank you, Don, Mary and the installation team!

Great experience working with Circle Floor on the tile floor in our master bathroom.Don was very responsive; it was easy to schedule an appointment/measurement, and he was helpful with selecting the tile.Derrick had a solid process for demo/installation. He was detail-oriented and very neat; covering the floors and furniture in the area and thoroughly cleaning up when finished.Excellent customer service and high-quality craftsmanship!I will definitely use Circle Floor for any future flooring updates.
