When you first pull in you really don't get any water on your vehicle the brushes hit you first which causes scratches in your vehicle

They have the best vacuums of any car wash. They are loud, but the suction power is unmatched.

Love it, it does a really good job on getting all of the car clean and shiny. One suggestion. I understand you need to get the cars through and keep the lines down but you are putting us in a little too close together. My car will not go into drive unless I press the brake first. Doing that at the end of the wash often causes the whole line to stop. Just a couple more feet spread would give us time to get into gear.

Good wash. Did not appreciate the employee automatically selecting the $22 wash and me having to ask if there were cheaper options.

Beware. I haven’t used the credit card that I used for the car wash over a month ago and within 6 hours of using this card for a car wash, my credit card was used in Cleveland heights at a pizza place, I immediately shut it down. They tried to use the card multiple times with phone orders but was declined. This is the only place I’ve used that card in over a month. Coincidence or not. May have a card scanner in the machine. Why they they even need two guys helping at a self serve car wash.

I have an unlimited membership so I’m here multiple times a week but when it’s busy they pack the cars in SO closely that the emergency stop buzzer always goes off multiple times throughout the wash and everyone gets stopped. Takes you almost twice as long to get through. Super annoying.
