I finally have the closet of my dreams! In the past I have had a custom closet designed by the container store and it didn’t even compare to what I received from closet factory. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. I was nervous about the actual design portion because I wasn't really sure what I needed to accommodate what I had. Misty explained everything and went over what I had and what would best suit my needs. She followed up with me several times and was there to help and answer questions from start to finish. If you are on the fence about what company to use (like I was) look no further, you will be very happy and I highly recommend Misty!

I am a happy customer, and admit to sometimes opening the door just to admire my new closet. The gauge I use to judge satisfaction is whether I would use/buy again. I am a repeat customer with Closet Factory, have had 3 closets done so far and am hoping to do numbers 4 and 5 soon.
Besides offering an attractive and sturdy product, installation has been problem free. Work has been finished in one day, and cleanup has been thorough, with no trace of debris left behind. Other than a new closet, you'd not guess anyone had been there.

Closet Factory is amazing from start to finish. I needed storage, space to design and a place to display my work. The designs were just perfect. I look forward to going to work every day in my new office. This is my second project with Beth and the finished project exceeded my expectations.

We had both walk in closets in our primary bedroom done. Mhisty was great to work with. She suggested several ideas that we would not have thought of on our own. The installers were immaculately neat and did a perfect job installing. The closets turned out better than I could have imagined, and have given us so much additional storage. We had our Free Consultion on a Saturday and my Wife's Dream Closet Installed less than 2 weeks later! Misty will help you through the whole Process and We cannot Thank her enough! She is not a Pushy sales person! She will make suggestions and answer all questions you have and help you set up that Dream Closet!
