Called at 12:00 to find out how long they were open. It would have been nice for them to add...we're closed from 1:30-2:00 for lunch.

Went to the photo center to have a film camera that my boyfriend got me for Christmas developed. 30 pictures completely ruined because one of the managers opened my camera several times, exposing the film. No apology or offer to fix the situation. Had to wait and call two days later to speak to different manager. While the store manager had my film sent out anyway for free, all I got back were a handful of light fogged photos. One of the selling points of CVS is that they still develop film, too bad no one who works there knows anything about it. Heartbroken and would never come here again.

Went in to get photos developed. Associate working there was helpful and we were trying to figure out how to get the film developed. He called for a manager. Manager named Paul walked into photo department and opened up our camera and ruined the film that was inside. It isn't supposed to be exposed to light. Didn't apologize at all and walked away after it happened. Thanks, can't get those photos back

One of the female pharmacy techs here is incredibly rude. I called the pharmacy and she answered and there was absolutely zero customer service, almost sounded like she was too busy to care about what I was calling about. After I tell her what medication I was calling about, which was sent in a little bit earlier (which has NEVER been an issue) and this woman says they don’t have it/hasn’t been in stock and it probably hasn’t been filled because I wasn’t ready for it in the most snarky tone …ok? So why wouldn’t you call to tell me this?? Secondly, she says and they won’t even give you this until your insurance talks to your doctor about why you need this. Again, why wouldn’t you call me about this? There have been stories about pharmacy techs bashing people who take this medicine off label and that’s EXACTLY what I felt was happening. I talked to a different pharmacy tech not even 30 minutes later (who is always incredibly sweet) and she mentioned NOTHING about that said issue with my insurance. Wish I had the name of this person because the main pharmacist should know that their techs are treating patients this way. You don’t get to treat me negatively based on a medication I’m taking off label, blame pharmaceutical companies who can’t make enough of this medicine for everyone.

Pharmacists here are so kind and amazing! You can tell they try so hard to fill everyone’s prescription as fast as they can! It’s Definitely a busy store and the techs are angels! I never have a problem here. Luckily my meds aren’t too expensive.

First visit and I’m Very disappointed in the poor service I received on 6/15 cashier seemed very under trained on how to do a transaction I won’t fault her for that but I will fault her for being rude about it and giving me this “I don’t want to be bothered with this attitude” and the constant roll eyes was the cherry on top. The manager on duty was knowledgeable and nicer her to bad she wasn’t at the front when I first arrived. The other part that made this experience very poor was I had no privacy trying to pick up a money gram. I was told I had to use the red phone by the photo counter to call money gram. I felt awkward and uncomfortable standing in the front of the store with a germy red phone in my hand it’s unsanitary really was also uncomfortable because money gram needed my private information and a lady was standing right next to me ordering photo prints it’s insecure and unsafe… a relative sent me money for an emergency so I had no choice but to deal with this. Mind you the process was very long and my elderly disabled other relative was in the car for an hour oh and to top it all off I missed a very important appointment for this. Do better cvs most places have kiosks anyways.

I don't know what happened to this place. Used to be a great store with awesome customer service. Now you call and get some cranky woman who sounds like she hates you for calling. Good luck with this store CVS!

Horrible place to fill prescriptions staff is rude and lazyLet's add an edit. Now that I have my child's(3yrs old) prescription they didn't even give me a syringe to administer her medication ?

Pharmacy will not call your doctor when they don't have a prescription in stock. My doctor placed a prescription in, CVS called me said the don't have that prescription, call your doc and have him order another or call Walgreens. I called my doc, he prescribed another drug. Same thing. CVS called to say they don't have this in stock either. That's 2 days in a row and won't call my doc, I have to call around just to get my prescription filled.

CVS is always GREAT. I am a loyal customer to them. They have a great rewards program that gives you coupons on a regular basis. They send 30 and 40% off coupons both in the mail and in emails. They allow you to combine coupons and they are usually only valid on regularly priced items. They also have amazing sales and they regularly have vitamins for buy 1 get 1 free.
