DICK'S Sporting Goods in Parma is a huge sporting goods store and a go-to destination for all sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. It carries a wide assortment and wide selection of items including clothes, team apparel, footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, balls for every sport, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, and exercise equipment from top brands. The service at this location is hit or miss but can be great. The employees are generally polite, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, with some going above and beyond. Help is great once you find someone, though finding help can sometimes be frustrating. The store itself is well organized, well lit, and not as chaotic as others, with very quick checkout lines, allowing customers to get in and out quickly if they know what they need. Many customers report a great experience and recommend the store and its associates.
I didn’t even buy anything on this trip but I feel the need to say how beautifully organized this Dick’s is. The merchandising team is KILLING it!! The store nailed color stories and findability with mannequins. 10/10 it was an amazing experience to browse the store. I’ll be back soon <3
