Visited this place to take care of business the only customer waiting in line while the two male employees do what ever they were doing without acknowledging me...No I'm not Jed Clampid or a billionaire but at least give me the customer any type of customer service like(Hi I will be with you in a minute)

Went into the Dollar Bank for a simple transaction gentlemen ahead of me took 8 minutes until the single teller then mentioned to me I'll take another moment well that was a moment I didn't have! I had to leave.
Future maybe you should take a person like that into a cubicle that's going to take up 10 minutes of a single teller's time was not a good experience there today.

I love this branch and the people who work here they are always nice and helpful. The only issue I have is the ATM they have I have had my card eaten twice now by the machine once because the battery died and tonight I went to use my card everything was cool them the system in the middle of my transaction decided to reboot eating my card and once it finished reboot didn't give me my card and said the machine was temporarily out of order. Guess I can get gas and eat tomorrow. It's only 8pm

Just wanted to edit and post a whole new perspective about Dollar Bank with regards to handling my recent request about an overdraft fee. Sent a mail to customer service through their website explaining the situation that caused the same. The branch service department responded within an hr. and reversed the fee. The fact that they were happy to do so made me realize they really understood the situation and were ready to help anyway they can. I am sure they have had so many happy customers over the years and wish them the same for the years to come!!

I have been banking with this bank for almost 9 years now love their app and never had any problems with any of their sevices. I would highly recommend this bank to my family and friends.

Terrible terrible terrible! My husband has been trying to close his account there and they still won't give him his money! Place is ridiculous! Never would I recommend!

What type of a bank is only open 9am-4pm? Its not even 8hrs a day its open. This bank sucks if you work til 4 or 5. I wouldn't suggest this bank if you work late. Hunnington bank is open until 7pm.
