I was told by Rocco that if I don't have sufficient funds in my account no one can withdraw more than what is in my account. Only having $1.57 in my account they give an app $6.55 and charge me an overdraft fee and a continuous overdraft fee. When at the bank, Dan. Who claimed to be the assistant branch manager just shrugged his shoulders when I asked why it happened. Unbelievable! Don't bank here.

Recommend utilizing Dollar Bank for all of your banking needs. Geoffrey was able to help a friend of mine consolidate some debt and provide some peace of mind. It's really nice to know that there is a full service community bank that really cares and that they're loan officers are not on commissions. Thank you for helping them out Geoffrey!!

I'm very surprised there are no evident security cameras on the eastern wall of the building where the atm machine exists. What are the chances of a skimmer is attached to the dollar bank atm machine. You folks are taking a risk with your bank customers. I withdrew $30 around 4 or 5 pm today. Did not see cameras. Other atm dollar bank machines have cameras on them. Why NOT?
