Store #08052 Broadview Rd, Parma, Oh. NEVER AGAIN. the aisles were so congested with stock carts full of stock I couldn’t see what was on the shelves. I’m talking most aisles. Ridiculous. How am I supposed to shop when I can’t see the products. I’m done with Dollar General.

The best DG, I have been to yet. They try to keep the store stocked. Employees are very friendly & helpful. Store is organized. Most of the prices are correct & if not they will correct them at the register. It's a shame you have to travel over 30mins to get good customer service. Most of the other stores are trashed with no products.

For weeks now, they have multiple boxes laying out blocking yet none have been worked on. Why bring them even out to block the way? Huge problem

This store was a danger zone and should not have been open at this time. There were boxes and uboats (carts with boxes) all in the store isles making it hard to navigate and purchase the items I needed. I totally understand that items need to be stocked but this was ridiculous. Besides all the boxes thoughtout the store the employee could not fix an issue with a automatic store discount that should have came off when purchasing $15 worth of a product and even though it was advertised by the product for the past 6 months seemed to have no clue how to assist. I know the employee (and it had to be a key holder) as she was told me she was the only one in the store at the time could have taken off the $3 that I was owed. She didn't care and said I must have purchased the wrong items... Items showed for discount on the DG app. Will definitely take my DG business to a store that HELPS the customer and doesn't seem to have a attitude!
