I wanted to stop in for something really quick. The dollar tree is not a dollar tree anymore. It’s $1.25 tree ridiculous. The place is a mess. There’s not enough people that cash you out at the register I think that they should move on to technology where people check themselves out and then people wouldn’t have to be there because the dollar stores are justwasteful. I probably won’t ever go back.

This location is one of our favorites, however what brought it to a one star is the old lady at the registers. Everytime we go there she is rude. Huffing/puffing scoffing making rude comments etc. She was so rude to multiple customers on multiple situations over the span of months. I can’t believe management allows this to continue, especially since I’ve heard employees complain about her. Can anything be done about this???

I actually really like this location for what it’s stocked with. Just giving a one star review in honor of the absolute garbage employee I came across today. I was purchasing a large amount of goods about two hours to closing time and had a small basket of things I decided I wasn’t going to buy. I told my cashier (older blonde/grey hair woman with short hair and glasses) that I wouldn’t be getting those items and was met with a HUGE sigh and a very obvious eye roll, followed by prolonged a head shake. I had to LAUGH because every item I was purchasing was for a food drive. I even offered to take the basket myself and put the items away for her- was met with silence. Thought about leaving my entire cart of items on the conveyor belt for her to put away after that, but she wasn’t worth the energy. I get that you’re tired and probably hate your job (I would too if I worked there- retail isn’t a walk in the park), but it doesn’t give you the right to treat me like garbage for giving you some items to put back (ultimately for YOUR convenience so I don’t disperse them across the entire store or leave a basket lying around for you to find much later). You had 120 minutes to put away 10 items that all primarily came from the same section of the store. You look like you’re in your 60’s? To that I say: grow up. You’re WELL past old enough to know to not stomp your feet and whine when you don’t get your way. Nice place. Trash team of people. Get some younger folks in here and treat them and pay them better. I guarantee that the attitude this woman had stemmed from somewhere else above her in the work force.
