“I had some home DVDs I needed copies of and Video lab was so quick and efficient to get them done. The copies are beautiful they even printed a title on each one so I knew what DVD was what. “Had an old Sansui tape deck that wouldn't eject on either side. I called him and brought it in. He gave me an estimate date for repairs. As he had to order parts from overseas, it took a little over a month. He called to tell me it was fixed. When I went to get it, he plugged it in to show everything was correctly functioning again and the price for repairs was reasonable. Highly recommend!! I honestly don't understand all the negative reviews about his rudeness or demeanor. He was polite and professional to me the numerous times I spoke to him.Update: My Technics Amplifier went out and he fixed it up and it works great!! Will always come to him in the future!”
