I went to the location on Brook Park rd in Cleveland Ohio out of curiosity for a rental. In a few minutes the rates were given, I approved, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Lexi took great care of me to getting me checked out, and back in when i returned the car. I enjoyed the car and it was a wonderful, literally wonderful travel experience. Thanks Lexi and the team, I greatly appreciate your fast service and convenience of everything!

Enterprise used to be the gold standard. Not anymore. My how far they have fallen, might as well use Thrifty or some other budget rental.
I’m on vehicle #2 and it’s so apparent their maintenance team does not inspect the vehicles. The first car had mechanical issues. When I called, they told me to go to the airport to swap it. After driving and waiting an hour, the airport team told me they wouldn’t swap it because it’s an insurance rental.
Finally got it sorted and got a different car today at the original location. The second vehicle has a broken hatch cover. The agent warned me of the cigarette smoke smell in car #2—I didn’t realize it would be so bad that I’d need to dry clean my coat after one day in it.
I hate that I’m stuck with the car another week. If you have a choice, do not pick Enterprise.

Used enterprise since we needed an extra vehicle. But it wasn't what we needed but had to take what they offered since they were the only place in the area that would rent a vehicle with a debit card and not require a credit card (which i think is pretty ridiculous) unless we had a flight...

I wish I could give them zero star had a reservation and they show me the car but when I was paying they told me that car rear camera not working another employee said that there is small dent on the door so they were trying to to give me small shity car so I waited for another car they cleaned it for me and then they said it’s broken we can’t rent it but they took it from the previous person and everything was ok they told him thank you for good taking care of the car

After having an accident I got a rental from Enterprise in Parma. I was pleased with the service I received, especially when I needed to switch cars. A Chevrolet Tahoe was a bit much for me at 79 years old! I also ran into a fellow OHIO University alum who treated me royally!

Every time I rent with Enterprise the experiences are always great ones. The customer service is very professional, courteous & friendly. They always do the best they can to accommodate me and from what I’ve seen, other customers as well. I keep going back for these great experiences and very friendly service.

I scheduled a pickup nearly a week in advance to take me from the auto repair shop to the Enterprise rental office. The shop is only three miles away. It is now over an hour after the scheduled time and still no ETA when they will be coming. With time needed to actually get my rental, I'm going to be late getting back to work. Extremely unprofessional. It would have been faster to walk.
Update: It ended up taking nearly two hours for Enterprise to arrive. Despite calling ahead to arrange a small to mid-size car, they gave me a large pickup truck that would not have safely fit in my driveway. It is very narrow with almost no margin of error for a vehicle of that size, especially since I'm used to driving only smaller cars.
However, I am giving back a star each for assistant manager Alyssa and her team member Will, who both immediately owned up to the mistake and worked hard to resolve the situation and get me a car that would fit my needs at the last minute. While it's still tough for me to really recommend this location overall, I have to respect and acknowledge how they treated me as a human being and not just another disposable customer at the mercy of a vast, unfeeling corporation.
