Don’t book here!! I booked a premium luxury 7 passenger SUV for a week on line a week prior to travel. Reconfirmed the reservation on 3 occasions with a representative over the phone. On pickup day when I went there they told me they went to get my 5 passenger vehicle, I told the manager I bookend a 7 passenger luxury premium SUV. He said he doesn’t have that and maybe he can try to get me a van. He said there’s nothing he can do and that’s that. This place SUCKS!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The car they delivered to me an hour and a half late is filthy. It looks like it just came back from a cross country road trip. Interior is full of dirt. Exterior is covered in bug guts. Can’t even see out the windshield. Unacceptable. Customer service is beyond rude.

Denied my appointment because I have a limited term license. I've used rental cars everywhere I travel this never happened, this is totally unacceptable! Goes without saying, very rude customer service!

I am editing my post…. The employee named Evan has now literally stolen money out of my girls card 3 times now. She has been renting for 6 months straight and never HASNT PAID! We were told by his manager Nick that it’d be dealt with but here it is now a 3rd time Evanran my girls card and took money from her because we clean houses and cannot answer a phone sometimes. He needs to be fired immediately he is a total Momo. And all other Customers keep your cards LOCKED while renting!

Nicholas showed exceptional customer service when our reservation could not be honored because of lack of vehicles at this location. He directed us to a store that had vehicles. He gave us some perks which made up for some of the inconvenience. He went above and beyond with a smile. I would have given this store a 5-star rating except for the lack of vehicles and the overall experience. I would give Nicholas 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Not to thrilled with them. Been there twice and they haven't had what I needed. They only had large SUVs and sports cars. Ended up going to another Enterprise and they had exactly what I needed.

Had a car shortage on the pick-up day, But front desk, Evan Zorn made every effort to get the car ontime, though I was booked the car on same day. I would definitely appreciate the efforts and made it possible to rent the car ontime. I would love to recommend Enterprise as well as Parma location for your future car rentals.
