Got a Remote Start put on my 2013 Lexus GS350, they did an awesome job installing the thing, it only took three hours. Tim guided me and instructed me through the entire process after it was set up, they made it super easy to explain everything to me without any headaches, even able to start, lock/unlock my vehicle through the phone app! I would recommend Finish Line Auto for car help anytime.

After a terrible experience at another tint shop, Tim, Curtis, Casey got me right in and taken care of. Reasonable time frame, price, checked in on me and explained the whole tinting process. Definitely bringing my other vehicles here. Look past the cheap unexperienced shops, come to Finish line in parma!

They installed a heated seat driver side. They don’t advertise this service, but they can do it. Since my car is 15 yrs old they had me email photos of the upholstery to ensure it was in good enough condition to add the heaters. Great communication throughout the process. It was ready earlier than anticipated. Money well spent. Highly recommend

After several run arounds and diagnostic fees at dealerships and other repair shops, a HUGE shout out to Finish Line Automotive for fixing my sunroof and rear window on my F150. They kept me informed at all times, gave me a very reasonable estimate and did a great job. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

Tim and Casey at Finish Line should honestly win an award for patience. I changed my mind more times than a toddler picking an ice cream flavor, and they stayed kind, helpful, and totally unfazed. Highly recommend — especially if you’re a fellow over thinker.

Parma’s best window tinting place is this one. They’re the best! I booked an appointment, and they dropped off my car. It was ready in a couple of hours. They use some really high-quality films because my windows looked like factory tint. I highly recommend this place. From now on, I’m a customer for life. The whole staff is very nice, friendly, and professional.

I was having issues with my remote start. I had bought this vehicle with the remote already installed not knowing who installed it. I stopped in and spoke to Tim he said they can look at it. I scheduled an appointment. Returned a few days later. There mechanic had diagnosed the concern a faulty remote. Tim showed me a two way remote and explained to me the difference between mine which was a one way remote. I purchased the new remote. Diagnosis, Repair, Reprogramming of remote all done in under an hour.
I had the vehicle for seven days now. Remote works great even in places where mine didn’t. Completely Satisfied with the whole process.

I went to Finish Line to get the front two windows tinted on my 4Runner. I found Tim and his staff to be very professional, informative, helpful and overall nice people. The price was very fair and I’m Completely satisfied with the work. Highly recommended!
