As a local businessman I am appalled at this. , one of my customers today went to this place and they messed up her appointment time and she’s been sitting there since before 9 AM waiting to have her oil changed because this is the only day she can do it. Right now as I write this, it’s 12:30 PM This lady is in her mid 70s She drives a black Jeep. And she is there right now as I write this And she claims they even went to lunch while she’s waiting there. This place is totally unprofessional. I’ve came here in the past. All they care about is the end of the day dollar signs. They always messed up your appointment times especially that lady at the front desk or that young guy with the beard they’re clueless

I would stay away from this place it seems like they try and take advantage of people that don’t know what things cost. My son drops our car off for a wheel bearing replacement and alignment and the guy tells him around $250 then they call and the price total they give him to start working on it is just shy of $700, regardless to say we didn’t get the work done. The price sheet alone said $200 for the part, I called the parts store $71 and the mechanic shop should get it cheaper if they have an account somewhere. Just a total ripoff

I went to get a pair of tires replaced. One was bald. I was told that the back tire had a bulge, so they wanted to sell me 4 tires. I told them to put the better of the old tires there. I even need to tell a mechanic to do this? So they put the bald tire there. The man working behind the counter lied straight to my face and told me the other tire had metal showing. I called his bluff and made him show me, and there was no damage, so I had him swap again. He would have sent my wife away with a dangerous tire that I came specifically to get replaced, just to make a few bucks for his corporation.

Awful company! Came in for a tire rotation BECAUSE I BOUGHT THEM HERE and to have them listen to the sound "humming/vibration" my car was making when I drove. They told me it was a wheel bearing charged me over 500 dollars but when I drove the car home it was making the same damn sound. They also tried to sell me new tires but I know they weren't ready because I hadn't bought them more than two years ago and drive 21 miles a week at most. Instead of being honest about the tires wearing badly and telling me they were safe to drive but will make that sound until I replace them, they ripped me off! Not too long after I took it to another mechanic and they said it was the tires themselves wearing poorly and were going to make that sound until they were replaced. Also continuously heard the same up sells to all the people calling in on their vehicles and it just reeked of scammers trying everyone until they get someone to pay the extra cash to have brakes lubed and adjusted. They tried to sell the same bs to me and my reputable mechanic said they're just fine and are good for 10 to 20 k more miles. Disgusting practices. Don't buy your tires here. Don't get work done here. You probably don't need it!!!

I was here last week to get an alignment and the 21 something dollars to get your car check or whatever they check for that 21 something bucks. Anyway, I was getting an alignment guy in the front called and told me that my brakes are bad, told them that I got it done 4 months ago and there should be no problem and he said “oh, it’s your brake lines” now remember at first he said “brakes” not “brake lines” then later said “your brake pads are bad” so what is it really? I told them that I still have warranty when I got done so I’ll just call them. Called the company who did my brakes to get it checked, they said my brakes are good. I was not satisfied I called another company to get it check and oh surprisingly they told me that my brakes, brake pads and brake lines are good! And the alignment done was not done properly, got it re-done at other Firestone place. A scam trying to get money from people and poor service performance. Not recommended to go to this place at all.

Had me waiting all day from a.m. 8:30 till 4:00 p.m. didn't keep me updated on what was going on with my car until it was almost time for me to leave and then the services they did work great but that was the only experience that was good about that whole situation

Came in there for a simple tire rotation and they kept upselling more and more stuff that my car doesn’t even need. They make it very hard to come in and do a simple thing. You bring your car working just fine and all of a sudden you need all these extra repairs which sound so unrealistic

Do not go to this location Larry is unprofessional. I inquired about some work that I previously had done on my car at Firestone. I needed to check into the warranty because the same thing needed fixing. He was so rude and nasty to me. Then he told me to call corporate so they can help me but refused to give me a phone number. I informed him I was blind then he proceeded to give me the number to a tire warranty. This was supposed to be the corporate number that he told me to call. I paid over $1500.00 for this work that should not need to be fixed again this soon.DO NOT GO here.
